Subscription mishap
I had a really frustrating experience with my subscription to their service. I only wanted to sign up for a month but got charged for a whole year instead. I contacted customer service right away when I saw the mistake, but they wouldn't give me back the money for the 11 months I didn't agree to pay. I think it's totally unfair and completely ridiculous. It's not right to make customers pay for something they didn't even want or say yes to.

Unisex hoodie in oxblood red
I got the unisex hoodie in oxblood red, but when I got it, the color was different than what I saw online. It came fast, but I sent it back and got the classic black one instead. The hoodie is really good quality, so I'll definitely be buying more stuff from this company in the future.

questionable transaction
After I bought something, I had a problem with the transaction that made me feel like I got scammed. It looked like my only option was to go to the bank to argue the charges, like it said in the shipping details. It's really disappointing to come across stuff like this, so I suggest you steer clear of buying things from there.

Two firearms
I'm really into guns and I bought two from an online store recently. But man, I was so disappointed with both of them. The first one, a popular model, had some screws messed up because of that red Loctite stuff from the manufacturer. The retailer's tech suggested heating up the slide to fix it, which would have probably made things worse. I was not happy with their unhelpful advice at all.
And then the second one, a fancy model with a Vortex optic, had a defective optic that the manufacturer said was no good. Even though it had a so-called forever warranty, the store wouldn't do anything about it because of the serial number. The person I talked to didn't offer any solutions like a replacement, repair, or credit. I felt so frustrated with their customer service. I spent a lot of money on these guns, so I expected better treatment.
Honestly, after this experience, I'm not sure I want to deal with this store again in the future.Review about: MOBROG

I ordered something and some random person picked it up
So I ordered this really cool thing online, eh? And then some random person picked it up and I never got it! I was so mad, I tell ya! And when I reached out to customer service, they were all like "Oh, we'll definitely check it out and get back to you," but nope, they never did! How rude, right?
