    As a customer at Brownells.com, I have to say that I was pretty disappointed with their customer service. I ordered some gun parts and ended up waiting around with no updates on my order. The people on live chat weren't very helpful, so I had to give them a call for some assistance. Eventually, a nice young lady named Alexa was able to confirm that they had all the info they needed, but still took a while to actually process my order. All in all, I really wish I had checked out some reviews before ordering from them.

    I'm really frustrated with Brownells! I totally agree with all those negative reviews. The positive ones seem fishy to me. When I finally talked to their customer service, all they said was that they were backed up. That's not a good enough reason! I think the only way to address this is by writing bad reviews, reaching out to the BBB, and maybe even contacting the Attorney General's office for assistance. They really need to step up their game!

    The way they handle inventory and shipping at this online store is really not great. I ordered a gun part that they said was in stock, but then I got an email saying it was backordered and might not come for 8 weeks. It was annoying how they didn't tell me that upfront, and just blamed it on the order sheet. And when I reached out to customer service to ask about the delay, they took forever to get back to me and just gave me a bunch of excuses about being too busy. It's just not right that they're so disorganized and don't care about good customer service, especially for a store that's supposed to be reputable.

    Multiple items ordered on a Friday

    I bought a bunch of stuff on a Friday night and I was pretty happy with how it all went down. Got the tracking number on Tuesday and the items were shipped out on Wednesday. I was pretty surprised when the package showed up in Seattle by Saturday. The shipping was quick, no complaints there. Everything I ordered was in the package and it was packed well, which was nice. I get it, Brownells probably had a lot of orders to deal with that week, so 2 to 3 days for shipping was totally fine by me. I went with the cheaper FedEx shipping option and they did a good job getting my package to me on time. Oh, and I used a $30.00 discount coupon on my order which made the whole shopping experience even better. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality of the products I received and the service from Brownells. I'd definitely buy from them again in the future. Thanks, Brownells, for the awesome reloading equipment at a great price.

    I bought a tool kit from this website not long ago, and I gotta say, it was kind of a letdown. The site said it would be shipped out within two days through USPS Priority, but that didn't happen. It was aggravating not knowing what was going on with the shipping. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but they kept giving me different answers about when it would arrive.     Eh, so the time I spent dealin' with this company was honestly top-notch. Everythin' from orderin' to delivery went off without a hitch. The part I bought for my AR15 came in mint condition and quick enough. Brownells kept me in the loop with regular updates on my order status, shipping info, and delivery deets.     Dude, ordering from this store was like stepping into the Twilight Zone. At first, I was pumped about the killer deal I got with a discount code and a military discount, saving me tons compared to other places. But then things got weird when I got mixed messages about when my order was gonna arrive. Even though they said it was shipped, I didn't get a confirmation or tracking number for ages. And the real head-scratcher was the rollercoaster ride with my credit card - from getting charged, to a refund, then the charge showing up again. Weird, right?

    Two firearms

    I'm really into guns and I bought two from an online store recently. But man, I was so disappointed with both of them. The first one, a popular model, had some screws messed up because of that red Loctite stuff from the manufacturer. The retailer's tech suggested heating up the slide to fix it, which would have probably made things worse. I was not happy with their unhelpful advice at all.

    And then the second one, a fancy model with a Vortex optic, had a defective optic that the manufacturer said was no good. Even though it had a so-called forever warranty, the store wouldn't do anything about it because of the serial number. The person I talked to didn't offer any solutions like a replacement, repair, or credit. I felt so frustrated with their customer service. I spent a lot of money on these guns, so I expected better treatment.

    Honestly, after this experience, I'm not sure I want to deal with this store again in the future.

    I'm never doing business with this company again. I bought some firearm parts for less than $300 last month. I had a problem with their payment option, Credova, so I had to use my credit card instead. But now, a week later, Credova is charging me twice for the same order. Both companies are not taking responsibility and are giving me the runaround. I suggest going to Midway USA instead. This whole situation has been super frustrating.

    So, when I first tried this company, I was pretty let down. I spent around $97 on 03/19/24, but then ran into problems with getting my order processed and delivered. Even after 5 days, the website still said my order was just "processing" and there was important address info missing. I tried contacting customer service, but things didn't get fixed right away.

    Free 2-day shipping disappointment

    I just bought some stuff online, thinking I'd get that sweet free 2-day shipping with the edge program. But man, the delivery companies they use could not get it together and kept missing the mark, making my shipments late. Even after several calls trying to sort it out, the problem didn't get fixed. Turns out, you have to place orders over the phone to pick a carrier, but Brownells didn't make that too clear. All this really bummed me out and left me pretty annoyed with the service.
