gun parts
As a customer at Brownells.com, I have to say that I was pretty disappointed with their customer service. I ordered some gun parts and ended up waiting around with no updates on my order. The people on live chat weren't very helpful, so I had to give them a call for some assistance. Eventually, a nice young lady named Alexa was able to confirm that they had all the info they needed, but still took a while to actually process my order. All in all, I really wish I had checked out some reviews before ordering from them.

Arclite sling bag
I gotta say, I was bummed out when I found out that the Arclite sling bag was sold out. But when I contacted Boundary Supply, I was actually pretty impressed with how quick and helpful they were in their response. They let me know when the bag would be back in stock and even promised to keep me updated. And true to their word, I got an email with info on how to pre-order the bag. Now, fast forward to today, and the Arclite sling bag has become one of my go-to bags, right after my Goruck Echo. The communication from Boundary Supply was really great, and the bag itself is just fantastic.

Kombucha purchase
The kombucha was so delicious and really hit the spot. I love that it's a better option than sugary drinks. Plus, the packaging is eco-friendly, which is important to me. Overall, I'm super happy with my buy.

Cancelled subscription, ongoing charges
I recently had a really frustrating experience with a subscription service that I tried to cancel months ago. No matter how many times I contacted them to stop sending me stuff and taking money from my account, they just kept on doing it. They kept telling me they would delete my account, but the charges never stopped. They never even offered to give me a refund for all the months of stuff I didn't want.
Their lack of responsibility and ignoring my concerns made me super frustrated and feeling like they were taking advantage of me. Now I'm wondering if they'll keep charging me without my OK. This whole thing has left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be buying from them again.Review about: Fold3
Online genealogy research
Eh, don't even bother with this website, eh. I thought I was just trying out a free trial, but next thing I knew, I was hit with a surprise charge for a full membership. They didn't even ask for my permission, eh. Trying to cancel and get my money back was a total nightmare, let me tell ya. I had to really push and argue to finally get my cash back, and it took way longer than it should have, eh. Their customer service is basically non-existent, and they're not upfront about anything, eh. The info they have is okay, but honestly, it's not worth all the stress and hassle dealing with their sketchy tactics, eh. Do yourself a favour and find a better site for your genealogy research, eh.
