    Cross-stitch kit purchase

    I bought a cross-stitch kit, eh, from your store, and things were pretty good, to be honest. The first two kits arrived on time, and I was really happy with how they turned out, eh. But, I hit a snag with the delivery of the third kit, which I ordered back in December. The first kit came on January 12th, but now it's week 5 and still no sign of the second kit, eh. It's been a bit frustrating, since I was hoping to finish up the project for a special gift, you know? I'm crossing my fingers that the last kit gets here soon so I can wrap up my project like I planned, eh.

    I was really let down by the monthly subscription service from this company, eh. They said I'd get a shipment every month, but it never came through, and they didn't even bother to let me know about any delays. It was super frustrating, and because of their unreliable service, my project that should have taken a year dragged out to two years. It seems like they're just selling more than they can handle, rather than having real supply problems. After this experience, there's no way I'd ever deal with this company again, eh.

    I recently had a really frustrating experience with a subscription service that I tried to cancel months ago. No matter how many times I contacted them to stop sending me stuff and taking money from my account, they just kept on doing it. They kept telling me they would delete my account, but the charges never stopped. They never even offered to give me a refund for all the months of stuff I didn't want.

    Their lack of responsibility and ignoring my concerns made me super frustrated and feeling like they were taking advantage of me. Now I'm wondering if they'll keep charging me without my OK. This whole thing has left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be buying from them again.

    Monthly subscription yarn kits

    I recently signed up for a monthly subscription for yarn kits back in May. So far, I've only got two kits, but I should have had six by this time. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through email, but they've stopped replying to me. As a yarn lover, this situation has been super frustrating. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of organization and communication, especially for something as straightforward as yarn. I hope they can step up their logistics and inventory game to make things smoother for their customers down the road.

    Irish Fields Aran Kit Club purchase

    Do you think Annie's is going out of business? I ordered the Irish Fields Aran Kit from them in May and it's been a total disaster. I've only gotten 5 kits in 9 months, even though I paid for a subscription. Customer service hasn't responded to my inquiries and won't even sell me the pattern to finish the project on my own. What kind of business is this? If this isn't a clear sign of bad times ahead, Annie must be a pretty awful business owner. It's really sad to see how they're treating other customers online too. Is this the end for Annie's Kit Club?

    Wrong item received, returned without refund

    I recently bought something from this store online and got the wrong thing by mistake. I sent it back quick, but still no refund. I tried emailing them lots through their "contact us" page, but no response. When I finally talked to someone on the phone, they said it was because my address was wrong. But it was just a little difference, shouldn't have messed things up this much.
