    Transfer driver service

    My partner and I went to Dubai not long ago and it was amazing! Our transfer driver, Adeel Sarwar, was outstanding. He really went out of his way to make sure our rides were awesome. He was always on time, super reliable, and really friendly. He even gave us some great tips about the local area. His help and knowledge really made our Dubai experience even better. I highly recommend him to anyone needing transportation services in the city.

    I bought some stuff not long ago and, y'know what, the delivery and customer service totally sucked. It took forever for the items to arrive, like a whole month late, and when they finally did, they were the wrong size! I tried to get a refund or exchange by reaching out to customer service, but even after bugging them for a month, I still haven't heard back. It's pretty disappointing to see a company drop the ball on their response and not take responsibility for their mistakes.

    Let me just say, this wedding dress is absolutely stunning! When I ordered it, I wasn't sure how it would look in person, but it's even more beautiful than the picture. The detailing is amazing and it fits perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. And it arrived in Iceland in just 8 days which was the icing on the cake.     The leather tote bag I got from this store is really top-notch, eh? The craftsmanship is just beautiful, I must say. So, the delivery was super quick, and overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. But, I gotta tell you, I had a bit of trouble with their customer service.     My time in the coaching program was a letdown. The training wasn't great, it cost a lot, and the mentors were unprofessional. I had to pay a lot of money, which I later realized was way more than other programs with similar certification. The training itself was lacking, which made me feel unprepared for the certification test. Relying on peers to teach us wasn't enough, and I felt like I didn't have the support I needed to succeed. The mentor calls were supposed to help us get ready for the test, but they often felt scary and overwhelming, just like my classmates felt. Overall, I suggest looking into other coaching programs that offer more thorough training, ongoing help, and a better learning environment.

    I got this item on Black Friday but had lots of problems with it. First, they made the account under the wrong name, not mine. Also, I never got an email to confirm even though they took my money. When I phoned customer service, they gave me an order number and told me to call back Monday. But when I checked the number later, it was gone and I couldn't get any help. It was really annoying and now I'm not happy and don't want to buy from them again.

    Purchased shoes, had to return due to wrong fit

    I bought a pair of shoes from your store but had to return them because they were too big. I was kinda bummed about the sizing because I got my usual size but they were way too large. The shoes were really good quality and I loved the style though. My main problem was with the return process - I had to send them all the way to the Netherlands and it cost me a lot. If there was a UK address for returns, I would have been much happier with everything.

    I really love the variety of stitches in the kits I get every 4 weeks. Right now, I'm totally into working on the Irish Fields Gansey crochet afghan, and it's turning out so beautiful. I also have a second subscription for the crochet Mandala Afghan, but I had to pause it for now because two projects at once was too much for me. The fact that I can easily start up the Mandala subscription again after 6 months shows how flexible Annie's is. The yarn quality is amazing, and having written instructions and video tutorials is super helpful. It might be a bit expensive, but I usually spend the same amount on other things each month, so investing in these kits is definitely worth it. I'm so excited for my next kit to arrive!

    Truth serums without expiry date

    Just bought a couple of truth serums on sale at Boots. Always make sure to check the expiry dates, but Ole Henriksen doesn't have any! They only have a mysterious batch number. I reached out to customer service twice to ask about the production date, but haven't gotten a response. I'm returning the products because I'm worried about the oxidized vitamin C. I'm a bit let down because I really like their products, but their customer service could use some work.

    Hey folks, just wanted to share that I recently received my wedding invites from this really cool shop and overall I'm pretty pleased with them. I ordered 110 invitations, RSVP, and Detail cards from there. Their website was user-friendly, customer service was super friendly, and best of all, it didn't break the bank like hiring a fancy invitation maker. The only downside was that a few of the RSVP and Invitation cards had minor errors on them, probably from the printing process. Also, the box they arrived in was a bit banged up, which caused some envelopes to be a bit messed up. Despite these small hiccups, I would still recommend this shop to my friends and would definitely use them again for future invites!

    What a disaster! I placed an order online, thinking I was supporting a reliable business, but was let down. The second part of my order never even left the warehouse, even though it said it was waiting for the carrier. I tried reaching out to customer service through two emails, but didn't hear back. Finally, after waiting forever on the phone, I spoke to customer service reps I could hardly understand. They said my refund was issued, but without the sales tax (which seems fishy, maybe even against the law). If I didn't get the refund, apparently it's my job to sort it out with my bank. Well, you better believe I've filed a complaint with the bank. This company needs to answer for their shady practices!
