boots
Eh, so I'm usually one to head to the store to try on some shoes, but I had to give ordering boots online a shot. Over Thanksgiving, I messed up the size and ended up with a pair of boots that were too big. So, I got in touch with Customer Service and they were super helpful. They told me to send the boots back and said they'd send me the right size without any extra charges once they got the return. The second pair of boots arrived really quickly, especially considering the holiday rush. They showed up before I could even track the order, and they fit perfectly! I was really impressed with the great customer service and return policy that didn't cost me anything extra.
Black leather boots
I just bought a pair of black leather boots from this store, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with how good they are. These boots are trendy, comfy, and super strong. I've worn them heaps of times and they still look like I just got them yesterday. The store had a awesome variety of shoes, and the staff were so nice and helpful in helping me find the perfect size. All in all, I had a fantastic shopping trip at this store and I'll definitely be back again.
Sandals purchase
I found this brand a few years back and I gotta say, their sandals are the only ones I reach for now. I haven't tried anything else from them yet, but when it comes to sandals, they really hit the mark. The material is top-notch, giving me both style and comfort. The design is super stylish and classic at the same time, so they work for any casual or slightly dressy event. Plus, they fit true to size, so I can wear them all day without any issues.
Tyron Chelsea Boots
I bought these Tyron Chelsea boots on sale for half price, but man, was I let down. The leather is not great, feeling all cheap and plasticky, and the fit is painfully snug. And forget about memory foam comfort – it's totally lacking compared to brands like Sketchers.
My shoes were too small
The shoes I bought ended up being way too small, and when I went to return them, it was such a pain! They didn't even bother replying to my emails at first, and when I did manage to send the shoes back, they just sent them right back to me with the wrong label. Plus, they took my money right from the get-go, without even fixing the mistake!!! Honestly, do yourself a favor and steer clear of that place.
Black and white shoes
I got this pair of black and white shoes from this place and man, the service was a disaster. So when my package finally arrived, guess what? I ended up with these kids' sunglasses instead of my shoes. Can you imagine that? I reached out to them online, but I still haven't heard back. It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. I'm so mad!
Shoes
I recently picked up a new pair of shoes, but man, what a letdown. The quality just isn't what it used to be. The guy at the store even tried to upsell me on some extra insoles, which should've been a warning sign. Within a week, the fake leather insoles that came with the shoes were falling apart. Turns out, they were cheaply made, and there was practically nothing between my foot and the ground. It's like they just slapped on some no-name insoles with their logo made in China. Hush Puppies used to be top-notch, but now it's straight up junk. When will companies figure out that relying on China for everything isn't a great idea? Same goes for Bangladesh and Vietnam. It's sad to see so many once-great brands putting out trash.
Shoe rubbing on heels
I bought a pair of shoes here recently and I'm not too happy about it. They've been rubbing on my heels and causing me discomfort, which never happened with any shoes I've bought in the past. Also, they seem to be lacking in quality because I can already see signs of wear after just a few times of wearing them. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience.

I bought a pair of leather shoes from this company that has a good rep, hoping for some top-notch quality. Turns out, the shoes were total trash. The leather started cracking and getting all stiff super fast, and in under half a year, there were three massive cracks all the way down to the sole. Plus, their customer service here in Canada was a real letdown. Couldn't find anyone who spoke German, and dealing with the USA customer service team was a bust. All in all, a really disappointing experience and I won't be buying from them again.
Winter shoes
I bought a pair of winter boots from this brand about four years ago, and I was really let down by the quality. The soles of both boots fell apart after a short while, making them completely unusable. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were super unfriendly and just brushed off my concerns. I tried to tell them that as the manufacturer, they should stand by their warranty, but they just hung up on me. This whole thing has really turned me off of this brand, and I don't plan on buying anything from them again.
Slipper falling apart
My slipper just fell apart in the packaging after years of sitting there, never even got to wear them once. Wish I could show you a pic but can't on here. On the other hand, got some $10 flip-flops at the same time and they're still going strong. Maybe those no-name ones could give my expensive slippers a lesson or two!
Shoes fell apart, customer service refused replacement
I bought these shoes and they fell apart after only a few hours. I tried to get a replacement, but the customer service told me it wasn't the shoes' fault. They suggested I look up BBC Watchdog to see complaints about these shoes and how they are poor quality. I am very disappointed.
