I bought this beautiful dress for my fancy party so early, but it didn't arrive in time at all! Now I've got nothing to wear and they didn't even try to fix it by offering overnight shipping. That's not cool at all, so I'm definitely not shopping there again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from your store not long ago, eh, and I gotta say, my experience was pretty disappointing, you know? So, after I placed my order, I realized I needed to change the delivery address, eh. I called customer service right away to let them know, and the representative told me not to worry, they'd update the address for me, eh. But guess what? After 9 days, the shoes showed up at the old address. And to top it off, I tried calling customer service multiple times but no one ever picked up the phone, eh. This kind of service is just not cool, eh? It's totally unacceptable and honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed with the whole thing, eh.

Adventure camp dry suit
My kid was at this adventure camp up in the mountains, all ready to float down the river, but she was stressing about the rainy weather. The suit was top-notch, keeping her warm and dry the whole time. The customer service was amazing, helping me pick out the right size and style for my daughter.
