    Crocheted top, jeans, and shirt

    So, I bought this cute hand-crocheted top from Retrofete and when I got it, it totally smelled like Indian food. I had to soak it three times to get rid of the smell – definitely made in India! Then, the jeans I ordered were supposed to be all ripped up but they showed up totally fine. And the shirts were so pricey, see-through, with loose seams and threads hanging off. They didn't look anything like the pictures online. Plus, the prices on the website kept changing, making it hard to checkout. I found the same shirt for cheaper at another store, so I'll be returning this one. The fabric quality is just not good and the photos were way off.

    I bought this beautiful dress for my fancy party so early, but it didn't arrive in time at all! Now I've got nothing to wear and they didn't even try to fix it by offering overnight shipping. That's not cool at all, so I'm definitely not shopping there again.

    I ordered a dress with express delivery, hoping it would come fast. But, I've been waiting a long time and I'm not happy. The website says orders are processed in 1-2 days, but mine has been stuck for over 8 days. When I asked about the delay, I just got a vague response that didn't help.     Misleading product description

    Man, let me tell ya, this company really pulled a fast one on me with their sneaky product description. I bought this dress and it was nothing like what they showed online - the color was all wrong and the material was totally different. And when I tried to send it back, they said no way because I missed their super short one-day return policy. It's so annoying to waste my money on something that ends up being a huge letdown.

    I had a bad experience with this company, eh. I returned my first order but didn't get a refund, so I used my credit to buy another dress. But, hoser, the dress didn't show up on time, was crappy quality, and didn't fit properly. This company is charging way too much for their clothes and their customer service sucks, they don't try to fix things or take responsibility. I'm not gonna shop here again, eh.

    Oh my gosh, I can't even believe how awful this company is! I ordered a dress and it was so big and the sewing was just awful. I sent it back right away, but then they tried to scam me by sending fake pictures of a messed up tag and a broken hook that weren't even from my return. Like, seriously, who does that?! I had to go as far as sending them pictures of my bruised face from a facial treatment to prove that I wasn't out partying in the dress. So sketchy!

Olivia and April from the customer support team really went out of their way to help me find the right size after I lost a bunch of weight. They were so patient and understanding, and because of their recommendations, I ended up with the perfect dress for my 50th birthday bash. Let me tell ya, that sequined mini was just stunning and it was a huge hit at the party. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back to buy more stuff in the future.

    So, eh, I was pumped to get my order from this online shop, ya know? I snagged 3 things on sale a few weeks back. But, like, my package never showed up! I reached out to customer service multiple times and all they kept saying was I should've bought extra insurance. I was cheesed off 'cause I shouldn't have to shell out more dough just to guarantee my order arrives! In the end, I had to get my credit card to refund me 'cause Retrofete wouldn't do anything about it. Not cool, man.

    Oh man, that dress was amazing! As soon as I tried it on, I felt so fabulous. The quality was top-notch and the design was super cool - I got compliments left and right all night.     Retrofete says their clothes are top-notch, but honestly, they feel cheap and badly put together. The sizes are all over the place and usually run small, which can be a bummer when you're trying stuff on. And if you're thinking about sending something back because it's not what you expected, get ready for a strict 14-day return window with no wiggle room. Personally, I wouldn't suggest buying from this brand because there's a big gap between what they promise and what you actually get.

    I recently bought a pair of really big pants from this company, and I was super let down by how bad they were. The pants didn't look the same as the pictures online, and they just didn't fit right at all. And to make things worse, the customer service was so terrible, especially for a fancy designer brand. I told them about my ACL situation and how I had surgery over Christmas, but they didn't care and wouldn't let me return the pants because it had been more than 14 days since I bought them. No kindness or understanding, even though most places extend their return policy for Christmas stuff. I just wanted a credit to use in the store, but the person on the phone didn't offer any solutions. It was such a disappointing experience, I'm stuck with pants I can't even wear and don't know what to do with them.

    Two pairs of jeans

    I recently bought two pairs of jeans from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. Even though I saw some bad reviews, my experience was really good. I ordered the Sia and the Mountain jeans. The Sia came super quick, within a few days, but the Mountain jeans took a bit longer to come. I reached out through the chat and the customer service rep helped me right away and gave me tracking info. When I got the Mountain jeans, they were labeled wrong and too big. But when I contacted customer service, they were really understanding and offered me an exchange, which was exactly what I needed. The jeans are top quality, with great design and cuts, and the cotton is super soft. Overall, I had a good experience and I'd recommend this company.

    The customer service at this store really sucks, to be honest. It takes forever for them to get back to you, and when they finally do, the thing I wanted to exchange is long gone. Plus, the size chart they have is way off, making it super hard to find the right fit. And returning stuff is a pain because you can't do it online easily, you have to wait forever for their slow customer service.

    Sequin gown purchase

    The company gets their stuff from manufacturers in China and jacks up the prices by a lot, so their products end up being way too expensive. The sequin dress I bought was not good quality - sequins were falling off before I even got a chance to try it on. I had to fix it myself by gluing them back on. I tried contacting their customer service about it by email, but they never got back to me, which was really disappointing.

    I bought some earrings at that store for $100 not long ago. They turned out to be super low quality. They were heavy and kept falling off my ears because the clips were weak. One of the earrings even broke and lost some rhinestones when it hit my desk. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested I fix the clips on my own. I was really let down by both the product and the customer service.

    Don't waste your money! I thought the clothes looked amazing on the website, but in real life, they were poorly made and definitely not worth the price. I splurged on a dress for $1,200 thinking it would be top-notch, but boy was I wrong. The rhinestones literally fell off after wearing it once, and when I contacted customer service, they were no help at all and refused to give me a refund or let me exchange it. Don't be fooled by the fancy appearance, this company is a total scam.
