Backup source for photos
I find DepositPhotos to be a great place to backup photos that are hard to find anywhere else. Even though I can't afford a whole subscription because it's pricey, I like that I can buy individual photos when I need them. The downloadable licenses are a major plus and have been super helpful for my job. In general, I'm happy with the photo quality and how easy it is to get them on the site.

Fast shipment, good color and fabric
As a customer of this company, I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised by how fast my order showed up. The color and fabric of the stuff I bought were really good quality, but I gotta be honest, the material was a little thin for me. It's not really my style. But, even with that small problem, I'm still really happy with everything I got. I'll definitely keep buying from this company in the future.

Group booking
My experience with Omio was really frustrating and disappointing, eh. I booked tickets for a group, but then found out the bus was full, you know? Omio did let me know about the problem, but trying to get a refund for the tickets was a total nightmare, eh. Even though I booked new tickets and had to pay again, I still haven't gotten my money back for the original tickets, you know? It's been over four weeks now and Omio hasn't responded to my requests for a refund, just keeps sending those generic automated messages, eh. Their lack of communication and taking responsibility is just not right, eh. Omio really needs to step up and start respecting customer rights, and stop dragging their heels on giving back money that belongs to us, it's just shameful, eh.

Expired products, poor customer service
As a long-time customer, I've been really let down by the last three orders I got from this company. Every time, the products were way past their expiry dates, which is just not okay. When I talked to customer service, specifically Anna F, she blamed the warehouse and gave me a return label for a refund. But this lack of quality control is worrying, and it makes me question the company's integrity. The products clearly go bad over time and shouldn't be sent to customers like that. I expected better from a company that says they care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, their customer service is not up to par - they hardly ever pick up the phone and take forever to reply to emails. Other companies admit when they mess up and try to make things right with their customers, but Ahava doesn't seem to have that same commitment.

The customer service reps do get back to you pretty fast when you have questions, but sometimes their answers can be a bit unclear. Like, it's not really clear what happens to any extra money in your account if you can't use it. This lack of clarity is worrying and should be cleared up for everyone's peace of mind.

Quick and Easy Purchase
Ordering from this company was so easy. The website was user-friendly and I found exactly what I needed without any trouble. The discount I got was a nice surprise, which made the whole shopping experience even better. Even though there was a delay in getting my order, I liked that they kept me updated on when it would arrive. The frame I picked out was just like it was online and great quality. All in all, it was another great buy.
