    Recent clothing purchase

    The delivery time for my recent purchase from this store was super slow, way longer than I thought. But I gotta say, the clothes I got were totally worth the wait. The skirts, shorts, and shirts I ordered were all so well-made with really nice fabric that feels awesome on. They're perfect for everyday wear and I'm really happy with my purchase. Even though it took forever to get here, I'll definitely be buying more from this store in the future. Big thanks to the store for selling such good quality stuff.

    Honestly, the service at this place is a total joke. I've been waiting for my order for over three weeks and still haven't gotten any updates. The website says it takes 5-7 days to process an order, but that's clearly not true. It's been way longer than that, and I'm starting to worry if I'll ever get my stuff.     Ordered tees, bras, and shorts

    I bought some stuff from this place because they use plant dye or something. Finally got my order and two bras didn't fit properly at all. They were way too tight or my boobs were falling out from underneath - what's up with that?! And two tees were missing - like, where did they go?! Tried to reach out but they ghosted me. Now I'm out of cash with clothes that don't fit and missing items. Totally not cool, eh.

    Dye sensitivity leggings

    Hey everyone, listen to this. I want to share my experience with you all about this place I ordered from. So I work at a gym and have to wear leggings for work. I started getting these awful rashes on my legs and groin, turns out I'm allergic to the dye in synthetic fabrics. I found this store, ordered a bunch of stuff, but it took forever to arrive. But on the bright side, no more rashes, right? Wrong. The colors on these leggings started fading in random spots like crazy. I washed them by hand without using bleach, and this has never happened with any of my other clothes. I reached out to customer service for a replacement, and it was a total nightmare. They said I had to go through my friend who gifted them to me for the exchange, even after I explained her situation with cancer treatment. No sympathy, just kept repeating their policy over and over. I'm really disappointed with the whole experience, and I won't be shopping here again.

    Comfy minimalist clothes

    The clothes at the store had a really cool, simple look that caught my attention, so I decided to buy something right away. But then I started reading some online reviews that weren't so great, and it made me a bit worried. It took a few days for customer service to get back to me, which made me lose my cool a bit.     I bought some clothes from this store not long ago and had a real bad time dealing with their customer service. They changed their return policy during a sale and didn't tell nobody, which just left everyone confused and irritated. When I tried to contact them about it, the return link was busted and it took them a whole week to get back to me. And to top it off, they couldn't even give me a good reason for why they switched up their policy like that. I felt like they tricked me and didn't even care about me as a customer.

    Small dress, twice disappointed

    I was really disappointed with my experience at this store. The first time I ordered, it took forever for my package to arrive, and when it finally did, the dress was not true to size at all. It was smaller than other size smalls I own, and the proportions were all wrong. It was a weird fit, but thankfully I could still wear it. I decided to keep it, but I promised myself I wouldn't buy from them again. Despite the rocky start, I decided to give them another shot. This time, I ordered a larger size hoping it would fix the fit issue. But the process was just as frustrating. I placed my order on January 8th and heard nothing until I reached out on the 18th. They finally made a shipping label on the 20th, but as of the 25th, my package still hasn't been sent out. It's obvious they need to get better at packing and shipping, and they definitely need more people to handle orders quickly.

    Nightmare order, incorrect sizing, poor customer service

    I had a really bad experience with this company. The whole ordering process was a complete mess right from the beginning. I saw some awful reviews after I placed my order, so I tried to cancel it right away. But they didn't even pay attention to my emails and still shipped my order weeks later without asking me. When I finally got the package, I was so surprised to see that the clothes marked as size medium were all different sizes - some were huge while others were as small as an XXS. It was so frustrating. It took me forever to convince someone from the company to let me return the items, and even then, I never got my money back. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. This was definitely my worst experience as a customer. I would recommend staying far away from this company.

    I really thought this company would be great because they focus on using organic and transparent methods, but I was let down. I ordered 8 tanks in two sizes on January 9th and only got half on February 7th. The tanks weren't great quality, with stitching and sizing issues. Plus, I missed the 30-day return window because of the late delivery. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience for me.

    Mixed feelings, slow shipping, nightmare returns

    My experience at Groceries Apparel was kind of all over the place. I was happy with what I bought, but man, the shipping took forever. And let me tell you, trying to return something was a total nightmare. Dealing with their customer service was just brutal - left me feeling so annoyed and let down. Even though I've dropped a ton of cash there, I'm really thinking twice about sticking with them. I wouldn't suggest going with this brand after what I went through.

    I'm pretty upset that I still haven't gotten my package from this company. I've been waiting forever, and now I'm seeing a weird picture on their website of a guy wearing women's clothes. They really don't seem to care about getting things right, and they're more interested in trying to show off "diversity" than making sure customers are happy. The shirts were a bit better, but one of them shrank and looked all worn out after just one wash, even though I followed the care instructions exactly. When I contacted customer service and sent them pictures as requested, they said they couldn't take the item back or give me a refund because it had already been washed. I tried to explain that I was careful with the clothes and followed all the rules, but they just stuck to their strict policy without any care or understanding. It's really annoying to have spent my money on such low-quality stuff.
