I bought this old printer from the company, but I had some issues with the after-sales service and getting the product from a different warehouse. I was really disappointed with the whole experience and the lack of customer support.

Despite a few hiccups with their systems, gotta say that my account manager has been amazing. Michael has been super responsive, fast, and just really nice to work with. I honestly wouldn't still be with this company if it wasn't for his help. Thanks a ton, Michael, for all your hard work. Cheers!

I just bought a membership to watch woodworking tutorial videos and get project plans. Let me tell you, I'm super impressed with how good and informative the videos are. The instructors really know their stuff and explain things in a way that's easy to get, even if you're new to woodworking. The project plans are thorough and simple to follow, so they're great for all skill levels. I'm really happy with what I got and can't wait to learn more and improve my woodworking with these resources.

I always get my stuff really quickly from this place and they always let me know where it's at with tracking. Every time I order, everything looks just like the pictures. So awesome!

I really thought this company would be great because they focus on using organic and transparent methods, but I was let down. I ordered 8 tanks in two sizes on January 9th and only got half on February 7th. The tanks weren't great quality, with stitching and sizing issues. Plus, I missed the 30-day return window because of the late delivery. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience for me.
