Ender 3 Pro, ABS, PLA+
I've been a dedicated customer of this company for a few years now, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the stuff I've gotten. The Ender 3 Pro printer I bought a while back is still going strong, and the ABS and PLA+ filament I got recently has been even better than I expected. The prints I'm getting are top-notch, no clogs or issues with layers sticking together. I'm really amazed by how well these materials are working and I'll definitely be getting more in the future. Overall, I really recommend this company's products - they're dependable and give you awesome results.
Ender 5 Pro printer purchase
I just bought an Ender 5 Pro printer and it came with some damage because it wasn't packaged properly for shipping. But I gotta say, Brea really came through for me. She worked hard to fix the problem and made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. Thanks to her, I got the printer working perfectly and now it's printing like a dream. I'm really grateful for all the help and extra effort Brea put in.
Bought stuff at Creality
I just ordered a few things online and chatted with this really friendly person from Customer Service. They helped me with all my questions and now my order is on its way! And guess what? I also won a free gift from a promotion, I'm so pumped! Super excited for my printer upgrades to arrive!

I tried calling the phone number but it's not working, attempted to chat but no one responded, and my emails were ignored! Finally, when they did reply, it was just a dull generic answer. If you've been scammed like me and used PayPal, be sure to dispute the charge right away. They sent me 2 emails - one with the order number and one saying they can't issue a refund because it was already shipped. So sketchy! I checked the reviews and they're all accurate. Avoid that place at all costs! I can't even leave a review on their site, so frustrating. Stick with Amazon, even if it costs more, at least you have protection.
Damaged printer
I bought a messed-up printer from this company and it's been a real nightmare. The printer showed up all banged up, and when I tried reaching out to customer service for help, they were useless. I've been waiting forever (okay, almost three months) for replacement parts just to get the dang printer working. The printer's quality has been a letdown, especially considering how it was hyped up in the beginning. I suggest steering clear of this company because they don't offer any help and their products are shoddy.
Faulty installation, long repair process
I had a faulty installation that took almost six months to fix. The support team was responsive, but it took three tries to figure out what was wrong.
Print order delayed
I ordered my printer back in November, thinking it would arrive soon. Turns out, it won't be here until 2023 because of some issues with the company. I've tried reaching out multiple times but still haven't heard back. Pretty disappointing experience, to be honest.
