    I ordered something on January 24th, eh! But they took my money right away and I haven't heard anything since, no confirmation, no emails, nothing. And I can't get a hold of anyone because the phone numbers and emails they gave don't work. How can I file a complaint, eh? If anybody knows how to fix this, please tell me. Thanks, eh!

    Creality printer purchase

    I bought a Creality printer from that place and it arrived all banged up with someone else's name on it. The printer bed was all scratched and messed up, not cool at all. I'm so upset, definitely won't be shopping there again.

    I put in an order on January 29th, but I haven't heard anything about it since then. The phone number they gave me doesn't work anymore, and the email address is no good either. I'm really upset about how they're not keeping me in the loop, so I'm going to do something about it.

She worked hard to fix the problem and made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. Thanks to her, I got the printer working perfectly and now it's printing like a dream.     3D printer Ender 3

    Hey there, just wanted to chat about my recent dealings with Creality and my Ender 3 3D printer. I ran into some problems with it and reached out to their customer service for help. Despite numerous back-and-forths and promises from their team, things didn't get sorted out quickly. After waiting for months, I finally got a new motherboard, only to realize it was the wrong one. It's been super frustrating and disappointing, especially after investing in a product that's supposed to be top-notch. I think companies should own up to their products and offer good customer service. Sharing this to let others know and hopefully push Creality to do better. Being upfront and communicating openly is key in any customer relationship. If you've had similar issues or have some advice, I'd love to hear it. Thanks for listening and understanding.

    I just ordered a few things online and chatted with this really friendly person from Customer Service. They helped me with all my questions and now my order is on its way! And guess what? I also won a free gift from a promotion, I'm so pumped! Super excited for my printer upgrades to arrive!

    I ordered something on January 31, 2024 and they charged me right away. I got a confirmation email, but haven't heard anything since. I've tried emailing customer service but haven't gotten any replies. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. I'm thinking about taking legal action to sort this out.

    I tried calling the phone number but it's not working, attempted to chat but no one responded, and my emails were ignored! Finally, when they did reply, it was just a dull generic answer. If you've been scammed like me and used PayPal, be sure to dispute the charge right away. They sent me 2 emails - one with the order number and one saying they can't issue a refund because it was already shipped. So sketchy! I checked the reviews and they're all accurate. Avoid that place at all costs! I can't even leave a review on their site, so frustrating. Stick with Amazon, even if it costs more, at least you have protection.

    Damaged printer

    I bought a messed-up printer from this company and it's been a real nightmare. The printer showed up all banged up, and when I tried reaching out to customer service for help, they were useless. I've been waiting forever (okay, almost three months) for replacement parts just to get the dang printer working. The printer's quality has been a letdown, especially considering how it was hyped up in the beginning. I suggest steering clear of this company because they don't offer any help and their products are shoddy.

    My printer was a mess

    I tell ya, I ordered this printer and when I got it, it was a disaster! It was just a pile of parts and pieces all mixed up that I had no clue what to do with. I tried asking for help, but all I got was some robot saying my order wasn't done yet. Ugh, it was so annoying! I'm starting to think this might be a knockoff brand, 'cause no one seems to give a darn about the mess they sent me. Nope, not impressed one bit.

    Falcon 2 12 Watt ordered

    I ordered the Falcon 2 12 Watt and I was pretty bummed when it took a whole month to arrive, especially 'cause the website said it was all good to go. Now I'm trying to send it back, but I can't get a hold of anyone at Creality no matter how hard I try. If PayPal can't sort this out, I might have to go the legal route.

    CR-10 V2 and CR-10s Pro V2 purchase

    I recently bought a CR-10 V2 and a CR-10s Pro V2 from the company. Both machines were exactly as described and surpassed my expectations. The CR-10s Pro V2 was listed as used, but still came with the full one-year warranty, which made me feel at ease. I have been extremely happy with the quality and performance of these printers. When it comes to customer service, Bree was amazing. She communicated well, kept me informed throughout the process, and quickly resolved any issues I had. Creality3d has a great community of users that has been really helpful in my 3D printing journey. Overall, thanks to the outstanding service from Bree, I don't see myself buying from any other company in the future.

    Recent order status

    I ordered something online and it was supposed to arrive by December 13th. Even though I got emails telling me to track my package, they didn't say which company was delivering it. When I checked on a tracking website, I saw that my package is in Germany as of December 15th. I'm not happy with how they don't keep me updated or tell me what's going on, so I wouldn't suggest this site to anyone else.

    Broken part replacement

    I recently had to order a new part for my printer and was surprised to learn that I had to cover the shipping costs. The reviews online made it seem like it wouldn't be much, but it ended up being quite expensive. I believe they should be more upfront about these additional fees.
