So I got this tote bag from this place recently and let me tell you, I am super impressed. The quality is amazing and the design is just beautiful. But, I kinda forgot that I'll be moving in May, and the waiting period for personalized bags is 4-6 weeks, which could have been a problem. Luckily, the customer service team really came through for me. Lin, in particular, was absolutely amazing. She really went out of her way to make sure my order was processed quickly and she kept me updated every step of the way. Because of her, I got my bag in time for my move. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, all thanks to Lin's exceptional help. I'll definitely be coming back once I'm all settled in my new place. The bag itself is awesome, and the customer service was top-notch.

I was so let down by the service I got from this company. It took three weeks to renew my prescription when it should have been done way faster. It caused a lot of problems for me and my family since we need that medication on time. Even though I tried emailing and calling, no one got back to me until I finally got help through live chat. It was really annoying to see others going through the same thing, like all those bad reviews on this site. Luckily, the service got better this month, and they processed my prescription much faster.
