As a customer, I gotta say, the customer service in this place is amazing, eh! I had a little problem with my order not long ago, and they fixed it up real quick and efficient-like. They kept me in the loop the whole time, which was great. The way they took care of my issue was really impressive and shows they really care about their customers. If I could, I'd give them more than 5 stars for sure!

I was hesitant to order from overseas at first, but the amazing reviews convinced me to give it a shot. I have to admit, I was really impressed! The backpack cover is really high quality and it got to me in just 4 days all the way from the UK to Australia. That's even quicker than some orders I've made in Canada! I'll definitely be placing another order soon.

When I got in touch with customer service, they just kept telling me about their 3-month warranty instead of owning up to it. They only gave me a crappy 20% off on a new one, but that's not fair when you think about how expensive it was in the first place. I bought a hi vis vest from your store and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. It's warm, breathable, and the arm holes are stretchy which makes it comfy to wear. The zippered pockets are handy for keeping small stuff safe and I like the bright colour a lot. Great product, thanks!

The gloves I bought had a big problem with the lining not being sewn on properly. Whenever I took my hand out of the glove, the inside lining would come out too. It was annoying having to keep fixing it every time and lining up the fingers. But even with that problem, the actual material and features of the gloves were good and worked well when I used them.

I bought 2 jackets - one was a little too big, but the other fit just right. They keep me really warm and dry when I'm biking in the rain. I absolutely love them!

I recently purchased this awesome jacket that fits perfectly and stands out when cars go by. It's really well-made and keeps me warm and dry, but unfortunately, the zipper on the pocket broke after only 5 months. I was disappointed to learn that the warranty only covers 3 months - not fair!
