Customer service experience
As a customer, I gotta say, the customer service in this place is amazing, eh! I had a little problem with my order not long ago, and they fixed it up real quick and efficient-like. They kept me in the loop the whole time, which was great. The way they took care of my issue was really impressive and shows they really care about their customers. If I could, I'd give them more than 5 stars for sure!
Backpack cover
I was hesitant to order from overseas at first, but the amazing reviews convinced me to give it a shot. I have to admit, I was really impressed! The backpack cover is really high quality and it got to me in just 4 days all the way from the UK to Australia. That's even quicker than some orders I've made in Canada! I'll definitely be placing another order soon.
Super cool reflective sports gear
I bought some really cool reflective sports gear, but it didn't fit the person I was going to give it to as a gift. Thankfully, returning it was a breeze and I got my money back right away! I'm definitely going to shop here again because they have amazing stuff at great prices.
Changing robe falling apart
My changing robe started falling apart just after 5 months of using it, which is really not cool for how much I spent on it. When I got in touch with customer service, they just kept telling me about their 3-month warranty instead of owning up to it. They only gave me a crappy 20% off on a new one, but that's not fair when you think about how expensive it was in the first place. Like, why would I want to buy another one of their badly made things that barely lasts half a year?
Hi viz gillet, warm, breathable, zippered pockets
I bought a hi vis vest from your store and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. It's warm, breathable, and the arm holes are stretchy which makes it comfy to wear. The zippered pockets are handy for keeping small stuff safe and I like the bright colour a lot. Great product, thanks!
Gloves with lining issue
The gloves I bought had a big problem with the lining not being sewn on properly. Whenever I took my hand out of the glove, the inside lining would come out too. It was annoying having to keep fixing it every time and lining up the fingers. But even with that problem, the actual material and features of the gloves were good and worked well when I used them.
Waterproof cycling jackets
I bought 2 jackets - one was a little too big, but the other fit just right. They keep me really warm and dry when I'm biking in the rain. I absolutely love them!
My new jacket
I recently purchased this awesome jacket that fits perfectly and stands out when cars go by. It's really well-made and keeps me warm and dry, but unfortunately, the zipper on the pocket broke after only 5 months. I was disappointed to learn that the warranty only covers 3 months - not fair!
Thin waterproof jacket
I just bought this super thin waterproof jacket from the store and man, I gotta tell ya, I am super happy with my purchase. It's actually my second jacket from this brand and I gotta say, I am always blown away by how good their stuff is. This jacket is legit waterproof, real comfy, and fits me like a glove. I'd for sure tell anyone to check out this store if you're in the market for some top-notch outdoor gear.
New jacket, awesome service
Oh man, I gotta tell you about this awesome lady Zoe! She was so chill and totally helped me get a new jacket while returning my old one without any hassle. She really listened to me and went out of her way to assist me. I was honestly so stoked with the service she provided!
Sick reflective vest
OMG, the reflective vest is too cool! I saw my friend wearing it and I was like BAM, you can't miss them even in the dark! I got one for my friend who bikes home super late at night too.
Recent jacket purchase
I bought a jacket online not too long ago and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. The website was super easy to use, no issues finding what I wanted. The jacket I got is even better than I expected, really good quality and it looks like it'll last a long time. I think I got a good deal too, prices were fair compared to other sites.

Bought cool gear
I bought this really awesome gear from a store, but it started acting weird after a while. I let the folks at the store know about it and they quickly sent me a replacement. The new one is working great and I'm really happy with it! The gear is top-notch quality and the staff at the store are super friendly and helpful.
Waterproof cycling jacket order
I ordered a waterproof cycling jacket as a gift but it ended up being too small. The company couldn't do a direct exchange, but they let me order the next size and they even offered free return shipping. They honored the original price too. The customer service was amazing, very fair and top-notch.
gloves replacement
Their products are really great, but I did run into a little problem with a pair of gloves. So I sent a quick email with a photo, and they right away sent me a brand new pair with no hassle at all. Their customer service is just fantastic.

So I had a little problem with my order cause some stuff was out of stock. It was kind of a bummer, but the customer service I got to fix it was top-notch. It was such a relief to talk to a real person who helped me out right away. And they got back to my emails super fast, showing they really care about keeping us customers happy. For sure I'm gonna order from them again, all thanks to Matthew and his awesome service.
Cycling gear purchase
I've been shopping from this company for a few years now, and even though their products are top quality, I find the sizing to be a real pain. Who wants to deal with constantly ordering and returning items just because they can't get their size right? It's so frustrating and really eats up a lot of time.
Bought a super cool jacket
I got this jacket that is soooo amazing! It's super lightweight and works really well when it's raining. My wife got the yellow one, but I went with the grey one because it's so reflective. I'm absolutely loving it!
