I bought some really cool reflective sports gear, but it didn't fit the person I was going to give it to as a gift. Thankfully, returning it was a breeze and I got my money back right away! I'm definitely going to shop here again because they have amazing stuff at great prices.

My changing robe started falling apart just after 5 months of using it, which is really not cool for how much I spent on it. When I got in touch with customer service, they just kept telling me about their 3-month warranty instead of owning up to it. They only gave me a crappy 20% off on a new one, but that's not fair when you think about how expensive it was in the first place. Like, why would I want to buy another one of their badly made things that barely lasts half a year?

I recently purchased this awesome jacket that fits perfectly and stands out when cars go by. It's really well-made and keeps me warm and dry, but unfortunately, the zipper on the pocket broke after only 5 months. I was disappointed to learn that the warranty only covers 3 months - not fair!
