Duplicate order expedited
I had a problem with a missing order, but Proviz fixed it quickly by letting me know there was a tracking issue and then sending me another order right away. It got to me in just a week. Tracy and Matthew were super helpful and gave great customer service. I'll definitely shop with them again.
High-quality product
I was really impressed with how great the team's customer service was. They quickly dealt with any questions I had about my order and made sure I was happy with what I bought. The product I got was really top-notch and I can't wait to use it. It was just an awesome experience shopping with them.
Defective product resolved quickly
Had a problem with my backpack, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me really quickly and Zoe was super helpful. She managed to fix the issue right away. Now, just waiting for the new bag to arrive.
Waterproof jacket
I got myself a waterproof jacket and it's really great! The customer service was amazing and the jacket arrived really quickly. It fits me just right and it keeps me nice and warm and dry. I'm loving it!
Cycling jackets - sizing issue
I ordered two cycling jackets. One of them fit perfectly, but the other one was too big so I had to exchange it for a smaller size. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly. Overall, I would recommend them.
Reflective water-resistant backpack
After doing some research on backpacks that would meet my needs, I found this company's reflective water-resistant backpack. At first, I wasn't sure because I didn't know the brand, but I decided to go for it. I was actually surprised by how good the backpack was and all the cool features it had. The reflective material is awesome for safety, especially at night. And the fact that it's water-resistant is perfect for outdoor stuff. One thing that really impressed me was their customer service. They went out of their way to give me a refund when I bought the backpack at a higher price right before a new promotion started. That kind of customer service is hard to come by and really nice. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
Windbreaker jackets
The windbreaker jackets I got were exactly what I was expecting from online, with vivid colors and a perfect fit. They came pretty quickly, within a week, and Proviz let me know about a little issue with the order being from the UK to avoid any extra charges. The jackets are awesome for blocking the wind, but I haven't had the chance to try them out in the rain yet. I would definitely recommend Proviz Sports to anyone.
Reflective jacket purchase
The customer service at this place was amazing! They were so quick to answer all my questions and were super friendly. I was really impressed with how fast they processed my order - I put it in on a Friday and got it by Monday. Plus, the reflective jackets they sell are top-notch quality, can't beat it!
