At first, I wasn't sure because I didn't know the brand, but I decided to go for it. I was actually surprised by how good the backpack was and all the cool features it had. The reflective material is awesome for safety, especially at night. And the fact that it's water-resistant is perfect for outdoor stuff. One thing that really impressed me was their customer service. They went out of their way to give me a refund when I bought the backpack at a higher price right before a new promotion started. That kind of customer service is hard to come by and really nice. The windbreaker jackets I got were exactly what I was expecting from online, with vivid colors and a perfect fit. They came pretty quickly, within a week, and Proviz let me know about a little issue with the order being from the UK to avoid any extra charges. The jackets are awesome for blocking the wind, but I haven't had the chance to try them out in the rain yet. I would definitely recommend Proviz Sports to anyone.
