    Just bought a sofa cover for the first time and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The fabric I picked, "Feather," is just beautiful and the seams look really well done.     Tungsten ring purchase

    I just bought a Tungsten ring for my fiancé from this company. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was too small and my fiancé didn't like it. I reached out to the company for a return and I was pleasantly surprised by how great their customer service was. They responded quickly, within 24 hours, and the staff was really understanding and helpful. They gave us different options, and even let us choose another ring without any extra cost. Even though we didn't find a replacement, they processed a full refund without any issues. Plus, they engraved the ring for free, which made it even more special. Overall, I'm super impressed with the customer service and professionalism of this company.

    Personalized gift order

    I recently ordered a personalized gift from this company but had to cancel it shortly after. The customer service experience has been super frustrating ever since. I was told I'd get a refund for the cancelled order, but it's been almost two weeks and still no sign of it. I've called their customer service department multiple times but all I get are empty promises and excuses. It's not cool to hold onto a refund when the order has been cancelled. I'd suggest others to think twice about dealing with this company after what I've been through.

    I ordered a detox suit about a month ago and I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. I've reached out to them a few times but haven't heard back. It's frustrating because I'm a big fan of their eco-friendly initiatives and I believe in what they're trying to do. It would be great if they could focus on getting current orders out before launching new items.

    Recent foundation purchase

    I recently bought some foundation from this brand and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the customer service I got. I've been using their stuff for a while now, and their staff has always been really helpful and knew their stuff. Twice in the last few years I got products that didn't agree with my skin, and both times they exchanged them quickly for something better. Their no-questions-asked way of taking care of customers is really amazing. I've never been let down by this brand's service.

    Chris and Marcos from the delivery team did a fantastic job bringing in my appliances. They were really careful and made sure they didn't damage anything during the process. They knew all about what the home inspector needed, like making sure the anti-tip bracket was on the stove and using good quality stainless steel hoses for the water lines. They even talked about using fire retardant tubing for dryers, which is as good as metal venting. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and it really showed in how well they paid attention to every little detail.

    New iDrive user

    Just switched over to a new cloud storage provider because my old one was having security issues. I've noticed that iDrive's upload speeds can be a bit slow, but I think it might be because of my internet. I'm using iDrive on my NAS to back up my files, and I've noticed that the software isn't always reliable. The app on my Android phone also seems outdated, like it's from a few years back. But I do like the amount of storage space you get for the price. Overall, I think iDrive could use some updates to make it easier to use.
