I just bought a Tungsten ring for my fiancé from this company. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was too small and my fiancé didn't like it. They responded quickly, within 24 hours, and the staff was really understanding and helpful. They gave us different options, and even let us choose another ring without any extra cost. Even though we didn't find a replacement, they processed a full refund without any issues. Plus, they engraved the ring for free, which made it even more special. Overall, I'm super impressed with the customer service and professionalism of this company.

I just bought a Coruscant from Gentlebands and I was so surprised by how fast it got here. It fit perfectly and looked just like it did on the website. I was happy to see that the return address was in London because I live in the UK and don't like dealing with international shipping. Even though there were some bad reviews, my experience with Gentlebands was really good.
Misleading ring purchase
In March, I ordered a ring from this company hoping for a beautiful white gold band, but when it arrived, it was yellow gold. I contacted the company and they said yellow gold was their new standard, offering to replace it with the right ring, covering the cost difference, and letting me keep the wrong one. Seemed sketchy. The ring I wanted was delayed, so after waiting a month, I asked for a refund. They claimed it was ready and being expedited, but the shipping label showed otherwise - it came from China, not an expedited service. Also, some ring descriptions on their website were copied from another reputable jewelry brand. Finally reported this dodgy business to my credit card company with all the evidence of their deceptive practices.
Resistance bands
I bought some resistance bands from this company thinking they were from Seattle, Washington but turns out they came from China. I was bummed because I wanted to support a North American business. I want a refund because they misled me about where the product was from. It's better to buy local and support North American products because it can be tough to hold a Chinese company accountable for a lifetime warranty.

This company is a total scam, eh. I thought I was supporting a Canadian business, but it turns out they're just running a shady operation from China. They gave me a fake tracking number, and when I asked for clarification, they tried to blame it on my neighbour or the wrong mailbox. Absolutely ridiculous, eh!

This website is just a complete scam, eh! They took pictures of lovely handmade rings from Etsy and sent me a cheap plastic knockoff instead. I didn't even get what I actually ordered, eh! Save your money and buy from somewhere else, eh!

Oh man, let me tell you about the terrible experience I had recently! I bought a ring for my mom's birthday from this shop, and it turned out to be a total rip-off. The rings I got were way too expensive and not very good. They didn't look anything like what they showed on the website. You could tell they were made cheaply and definitely not worth what I spent. I was so disappointed with what I got and wouldn't suggest buying from there.
Engraved ring for boyfriend
I got this really nice engraved ring for my boyfriend who is a diesel mechanic. Unfortunately, it ended up breaking in half when his fingers got smashed at work. I sent an email to customer support and they sent me a replacement within two weeks, no charge. I'm really impressed by the lifetime warranty and the great support team.
