Poolside set with sun protection factor 50
As someone who just had surgery to take out a nasty melanoma, I wanted to get a good sunblock for my upcoming vacation. The sun protection kit I bought even came with a cute little bag to keep everything together. I still have more treatment ahead, so I'm hoping this product will keep me safe while I'm chilling on my holiday in September. Ordering was easy peasy, and I got updates about the delivery along the way. The product showed up on time and was exactly what I wanted.

Free trial cancellation
I recently decided to try out a free trial with this club, but I quickly realized that I wouldn't be able to use it as much as I originally thought. So, I contacted customer service to cancel my membership. I have to say, I was really impressed with how fast and helpful they were. Chris helped me out right away and even gave me some useful tips on how I can use the service in the future to save money on flights. It was a fantastic experience overall!

Balance and Natcool sleepwear
The Balance and Natcool sleepwear from this company has been a game-changer for me when it comes to bedtime. Before, I used to struggle with my body temperature going up and down at night, especially dealing with hot flashes from hormonal stuff. But ever since I got these jammies back in December 2022, I've noticed a big difference in how comfy I am and how well I sleep. The fabric of the sleepwear is super breathable and helps keep my body temp in check, so I can stay nice and cool all night long. I also love how the nightie is designed - it doesn't get all twisted up or limit my movements, so I can have a peaceful night's rest. Basically, I'm really happy with how well these products work and how comfy they are, and I'm excited to see what else they come up with for sleepwear in the future.

Customer service experience
I just called customer service about a return/exchange, and I gotta say, I was feeling pretty anxious about it since I've never done it before. But talking to a guy named Donald Tapia totally calmed my nerves. He was really patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was super understanding. I really appreciated that.
