    Bought a headset

    Eh, don't even bother buying that headset, eh. It's just one headache after another, ya know? For the amount of money you're shelling out, it's a total waste. It won't even charge half the time, and sometimes it just randomly shuts off on ya. And good luck trying to get any customer support, nobody's there to help ya out. Trust me, stick with a different brand like Corsair or beyerdynamic, eh. Much better quality, eh.

    Headset battery issue

    I bought a headset from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, the customer service has been a huge letdown. The battery on my second pair of headphones crapped out, just like the first pair. After spending weeks trying to figure things out with a tech person, my headset just straight up died. The tech person stopped getting back to me, and when they finally did, my warranty had expired by a few days. I couldn't even get a refund, and I'm super ticked off about how this all played out.

    Wireless gaming headset

    I've been using this product for a week now, and I gotta say I'm pretty let down by the sound quality for gaming. It feels like I got a cheap knockoff instead. The microphone and sound just don't cut it for something that costs $300. Plus, the headband design is all messed up - it keeps falling off with even the slightest movement, and it's a pain to put it back on. Gaming with this thing is such a headache. All that hype around this product? Totally not worth it. And the price? It's just ridiculous. Looks like I'm gonna have to bust out the super glue to make sure it stays together.

    Latest headset purchase

    I gotta say, I've been pretty let down by the new headset. Every time I try to charge it on the base station, all sorts of problems pop up. The charge light keeps flickering and the headset just won't charge right. This has been going on for a while now, and it doesn't seem like there's any fix in sight.     I bought a headset from this company not long ago and man, dealing with their customer service was a total disaster. I phoned in to talk to a manager cause I needed my package redirected, but they didn't seem to care at all or want to help me out. The manager told me they couldn't do anything to help, even though FedEx said they could if the company asked. I was super let down by their lack of effort and customer service, especially since I was planning on buying more stuff from them.

    These headsets are not worth the price, eh? I've tried three different ones and every one has had nothing but issues, eh? The customer service is so terrible, they treat you like you're dumb, eh? Now the base station isn't working and Astro won't do anything cause it's out of warranty, eh? The headset might be comfy, but it falls apart real easy, eh?     Overpriced wireless gaming headset that falls apart

    Don't go near this brand of headset! They told me they'd give me a new one for my son's pricey headset that broke, but just gave us another cheap one. They really took advantage of my autistic son's situation and his heartbreak is just awful. Don't waste your money on this brand, stay far away from it!

    Man, let me tell you, the customer service at this company is a total joke. The employees seem more into playing around than actually helping us out. My headset broke, so I emailed them for a replacement. It took them forever to reply, and when they finally did, it was just a generic message asking for the same info I already gave. I told them a bunch of times that I already sent it, but they kept asking. After months of going back and forth, I sent the info three times and still never heard back. It's like they don't care at all about my money or providing good service. I used to think they were top-notch, but now I see it's all fake. Such a waste of time and cash.

    I recently picked up a headset from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the quality. My experience might not be the newest, but I still think it's worth sharing. I got my headset a while ago and it's still going strong. The mix amp is working perfectly and the sound quality is amazing. The only hiccup I had was with the microphone, it started acting up and eventually stopped working. But, I was able to swap it out for a new one without any issues. Also, whenever I had problems with the wire or microphone in the past, the customer service team was quick to help and replaced them for free. So, all in all, I have the astro a40's and I highly suggest them to any hardcore gamer looking for a solid headset.

    Wireless headset purchase

    I absolutely love the wireless headset I got from this store. It's really comfy, the sound is fantastic, and it makes my gaming way better. But, I had some issues with their customer service. The dock I got was messed up, and when I asked for help, they were not very helpful and gave me confusing instructions. It took a lot of back and forth before they agreed to give me a new dock. But even then, they didn't give me clear info on how to return the old one, so I ended up losing track of it. It was super frustrating and left a sour taste in my mouth, especially considering how much I paid for the headset.

    Gaming headset replacement parts

    The gaming headsets are pretty good overall, but the mixamp M80 is super fragile and needs to be swapped out every year. It's around $80 to replace it, which seems kinda steep. The good thing is that you can find spare parts for the headset, but how much is that gonna cost ya? Replacement cushions are $14.99 plus a $12 delivery fee, and a replacement cable is $9.99 with a $12 delivery fee... You get free shipping on orders over $39, but for small parts, those delivery fees are way too much.

    12-day nightmare

    I contacted their customer service about returning my items over a week ago. Even though I've been sending messages every day, I haven't heard back at all. The automated email said I'd get a response in 2-3 days, but here I am, still waiting for any kind of reply. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they're not communicating with me. It's really disheartening to deal with such bad customer service.

    Custom headset order

    Oh man, ordering from this company has been a total nightmare! I ordered a customized headset back in July, expecting it to arrive within 2-4 weeks. But here we are in September, and now they're saying it won't ship until October - that's four months later! And it's not even that custom, just different colored plastics. Dealing with their customer service has been a disaster. It looks like it's being run by two rude kids in Peru who don't speak English well. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth, even though they told me I could cancel and get my money back. This company is just a complete nightmare.

    I just bought a gaming headset from this company and I'm really not happy with how things have been going. I've been a fan of their stuff for a while, but their customer service has been pretty disappointing. I ordered it on April 30th and haven't heard much since then. They took my money but all they've told me is that they'll let me know when it ships. They've been around since 2008, so you'd think they'd be better at keeping in touch. I'm worried that if their customer service is this quiet, the headset's sound quality might be the same way.

    Astro Gaming headset

    The customer service and product quality of this company really need some improvement. I bought an Astro Gaming headset and right out of the box, the sound was not great and the mix amp wasn't working properly. When I contacted customer service, they told me I got a faulty product, even though this problem was reported to them a year ago with no fix. I recommend checking out the reviews on Astro Command on the Microsoft store before you buy. When I bought A40s in 2012, Astro had a great reputation for fixes, warranties, and customer service. But ever since Logitech took over, the quality and service have gone way down. Just a heads up for potential buyers.
