Wedding gift watch
My husband got a watch for our wedding about 5 years ago and he absolutely loves it. Whenever he wears it, he always gets compliments. We recently had an issue with the movement of the face, possibly because of a battery change after 5 years, which is super impressive. I contacted customer service and a person named Josefin helped me out. Despite the Brexit challenges, Josefin really went above and beyond with quick responses to my emails. There was a small fee for the repair outside of the two-year guarantee, but overall, I can't find any faults with this watch. We also just replaced the strap after 5 years of using it. This watch is really great and the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Wallet not as described
I bought a wallet that said it could hold 18 cards, but when it came, it only had 5 slots. I was so let down because it didn't match what the website said. When I contacted customer service, Marie was not helpful or friendly at all. She said I could get my money back, but I was left with a pricey and pretty much useless wallet. I won't be buying from this company again, that's for sure.

Junk removal
I scheduled a appointment with them and they said the cost would depend on how much stuff I needed to toss out. I mentioned I had 3 old TVs, a chair, a fold-up treadmill, and a BBQ. They initially quoted around $159, but when their truck arrived (which was late), they suddenly said it would be $300! After some back and forth, they brought it down to $249, but I still had to pay $90 more than I was originally told. I won't be dealing with them anymore, that's for certain.
