    Hotel booking through a travel website

    So, like, I just booked a hotel on this travel site, right? And man, did I ever run into some issues with the price and service from the hotel booking site. I saw the hotel on this big travel site, checked out all the deets - price, fees, all that jazz. But then, after I booked it, I found out the hotel hit me with this extra fee that wasn't in the original price. Can you believe it? I made sure to snap pics of the whole booking process and keep track of everything so I can get my money back. Crazy, eh?

    Good suite on the second floor, West London, W6

    We had a good stay at the suite we booked on the second floor of a building in West London W6. It was super close to Hammersmith tube station, which was very handy, and the price was fair. But just a heads up, the stairs are pretty narrow and short so it might not be great for people who struggle with stairs. We also had some issues with the shower and the heating system wasn't working properly, but the staff gave us a little electric heater to use in the meantime. They were really nice and polite, which was a nice touch. I'd suggest bringing power converters for your trip to London to make sure you're all set.

    Quick problem-solving customer service

    The customer service rep, Achraf, was amazing! He helped me out real quick with my booking issues over the phone and email. He totally saved the day and made my whole experience with the company way better. I'm super impressed with how professional and dedicated he is to helping us customers out.

    Non-refundable reservation mistake

    Sorry about my mistake, eh. I accidentally booked a non-refundable reso with the wrong date. But the folks at the place were super helpful and switched it to the date I wanted. They were so nice about it, no fuss at all. Their customer service was top-notch, went above and beyond. Made me really thankful for their understanding and flexibility, you know?

    Hotel booking cancelation

    Eh, so I went and booked a hotel online, right? Then I had to cancel it on the same day. The website told me I'd get my money back in about 5 days, but it's been 10 days now and still no cash in my wallet! I've sent them a bunch of emails and they're all friendly in their responses, but where's my dough? Not cool, eh.

    My experience with booking through this service was pretty good overall. The website gave me a lot of helpful info about the hotel, rates, fees, and taxes, which was great. Paying was easy, and I got my booking confirmation quickly. I liked that there weren't any sneaky fees or surprises when I checked out. But, I did have some trouble with customer service - the local phone numbers in their emails didn't work, so I had to call an international number to talk to someone. Plus, they took a bit longer than I would have preferred to reply to my emails.

    I recently had a bit of a problem with a booking I made on Prestigia. The site said I booked a room with two single beds, but when I got the confirmation, it only showed a double bed. That was annoying because I really wanted two singles. Luckily, the person at Prestigia helped me out right away. They acted fast and talked to the hotel to fix the mistake. I really appreciated how efficient and attentive they were in sorting everything out. It made me feel better about the whole situation. In the end, I was pretty impressed with the customer service I got from Prestigia.

    Booking cancellation refund process

    I had a bad experience with cancelling a booking and getting a refund from an online travel site recently. They said I'd get my money back in 3-5 business days if I cancelled within the right time frame. But even though I cancelled right away, I had a hard time getting the refund. I got emails saying everything was fine and customer service people told me not to worry, but the refund still didn't come through when it was supposed to. I'm really frustrated now and thinking about trying other ways to get my money back.

    Hotel reservation disappointment

    I just booked a hotel with this company for a four-star hotel way before my trip started. But then, close to my departure date, they told me that my reservation was actually for a two-star hotel with a kinda similar name nearby. It messed things up big time and really annoyed me because I wanted that four-star experience for my trip. Prestigia really dropped the ball here and I'm super let down by their lack of attention to detail.

    Eh, so, I was trying to book with this company and they said my payment didn't go through. So, I gave it another shot with a different card and now they ended up charging both of 'em! Now I'm just here waiting for them to give me back my money, like they don't even care about getting me a refund. If this happens to you, just go to your credit card company and have them take care of it, eh.

    Hotel booking issue and refund

    I recently had a terrible experience with my hotel booking through this service. I made my reservation months in advance, only to arrive at the hotel and find out that they did not have any record of my booking. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my reservation had been flagged for 'additional security checks' and that an email had been sent to me, which went directly to my spam folder. They tried to secure a room for me at the last minute, but the hotel was fully booked due to the high tourist season in Spain. The only solution offered to me was a refund, which left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at a much higher cost. To make matters worse, the refund that was promised to me within 7-10 working days has yet to be received, despite my multiple follow-up emails.

    Booking cancellation refund issue

    I had a really bad experience with a travel booking company recently. I booked a holiday and then cancelled it on the same day, but Prestigia hasn't given me back my over $5,000. Even though they say they have a free cancellation policy, they keep sending me the same generic responses to my many emails. I'm getting really annoyed with their lack of communication and fixing this issue, so now I'm thinking about taking legal action to get my money back. This whole thing has reminded me how important it is to check out companies properly before booking anything with them.
