    Early credit card charge

    I was pretty happy with how things went when I booked my trip. The website was easy to use, and there were lots of places to stay to choose from. But, I was a bit surprised when I saw that my credit card was charged right away after I booked. I thought that the deadline to cancel would also be the date they charge for the place. I'm coming from overseas and I still have more than two months before my trip, so it was kind of unexpected and not very convenient to have to pay for everything upfront. It would have been nice if they had been clearer about this policy when I was booking, so I wouldn't have been caught off guard.

    Hotel booking issue

    I recently had a bit of a problem with a booking I made on Prestigia. The site said I booked a room with two single beds, but when I got the confirmation, it only showed a double bed. That was annoying because I really wanted two singles. Luckily, the person at Prestigia helped me out right away. They acted fast and talked to the hotel to fix the mistake. I really appreciated how efficient and attentive they were in sorting everything out. It made me feel better about the whole situation. In the end, I was pretty impressed with the customer service I got from Prestigia.

    Hotel booking confirmation

    Booking cancellation refund process

    I had a bad experience with cancelling a booking and getting a refund from an online travel site recently. They said I'd get my money back in 3-5 business days if I cancelled within the right time frame. But even though I cancelled right away, I had a hard time getting the refund. I got emails saying everything was fine and customer service people told me not to worry, but the refund still didn't come through when it was supposed to. I'm really frustrated now and thinking about trying other ways to get my money back.

    Eh, so, I was trying to book with this company and they said my payment didn't go through. So, I gave it another shot with a different card and now they ended up charging both of 'em! Now I'm just here waiting for them to give me back my money, like they don't even care about getting me a refund. If this happens to you, just go to your credit card company and have them take care of it, eh.

    I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a company that rhymes with 'Crestigia'. Let me tell you, it was a nightmare from start to finish. They cancelled my booking before even taking my money, which should have been a red flag right there. When I tried to get my refund, it was like pulling teeth. I had to go through hoops and loops just to get what was rightfully mine. And don't even get me started on their false promises of quick refunds. It took weeks of back and forth just to see my money again. It's clear that this company is more interested in holding on to people's money for profit rather than providing a good service. Buyer beware, stay far away from this rogue company.

    Hotel room reservation

    I just booked a reservation for two hotel rooms on this website for my trip to Singapore. I had to cancel one night, and after talking to Ismail through email, I was told it would be sorted out. But, even after a few reminders, I still haven't got my refund for the cancelled night. The lack of communication and broken promises have really let me down. I thought this company was all about top-notch service, so this is disappointing. I'd recommend others to be careful when using this website for bookings.
