Incomplete order, lack of customer service.
So, I ordered some stuff from this company, and man, it was a bit of a mess. They didn't send everything I bought, but still charged me for it all. When I tried calling customer service for help with some tech stuff, nobody picked up - I was just talking to a robot, great. It took forever to finally get an email back about my missing stuff, and even then, it was like pulling teeth to get any info. Thought they were making progress on fixing things, but then they just went silent. After weeks of nothing, I was just about to bug my bank when the rest of my order randomly showed up. The whole thing was super frustrating, especially with the lack of communication.

Got glasses
The glasses I got weren't really my jam, but it's not their fault, just not my cup of tea. Customer service was top-notch though! Ordering was a piece of cake, chatting with someone was a breeze, and sending the glasses back was easy peasy. All in all, a pretty good experience, eh!

I just got a standing desk and I gotta tell ya, it's been amazing! The quality and how well it works are outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with my buy. Weber Smokefire grill purchase
I bought a Weber Smokefire grill from this store not too long ago, and I have to say, I'm kinda let down by the lack of honesty in their product reviews. I've seen lots of negative reviews online about this grill, talking about all the problems it has, but all the reviews on their site are just way too positive. And when I tried to leave a review describing the issues I was having with the grill, it never got posted. It makes me wonder if they're not being totally truthful about their products.

Rotten food and cancelled order with coupon issue
Wow, that company is a total joke! They messed up my order by cancelling it out of nowhere, and then had the nerve to blame it on a dumb coupon code. Plus, the food they did bring was gross! Their customer service is the worst, so rude and not helpful at all. I suggest saving your cash and staying away from that place, seriously.

Oh gosh, you guys, Rock Bottom Golf is amazing! I always get my awesome golf gear from them. They have the coolest stuff at such good prices, it's like uncovering hidden treasure. And let me tell you, their shipping is always spot on. Every time I order, my stuff arrives right when they said it would. The shirts I've bought have been exactly what I wanted. Hotel reservation disappointment
I just booked a hotel with this company for a four-star hotel way before my trip started. But then, close to my departure date, they told me that my reservation was actually for a two-star hotel with a kinda similar name nearby. It messed things up big time and really annoyed me because I wanted that four-star experience for my trip. Prestigia really dropped the ball here and I'm super let down by their lack of attention to detail.

Ancestry breakdown, missing historical details
I really like how detailed the ancestry breakdown and country origins are, but I kinda wish they included more about when my ancestors came to America or other countries, you know? And I was hoping for more info on my Native American bloodlines and ancestry. It would have been cool to see if I'm connected to Pocahontas like my grandma always talks about.

The tour was absolutely awesome. Our guide was just so cool and funny, it really made learning about the history a blast. He knew everything about everything and was able to answer all of our questions. He didn't go on and on, but still managed to share all the interesting tidbits. Definitely a solid 10 out of 10 experience!
