    Gas grill purchase

    So, I decided to take a risk and order a gas grill online. When it showed up, I was pretty stoked to get it set up and start grilling. But when I started taking it out of the box, I saw that some parts were all messed up. It was super annoying because the box didn't look damaged at all from the outside. I got in touch with customer service and told them what happened. To my surprise, they were really helpful and totally got my frustration. They quickly ordered new parts for me, and I got them in a jiffy. Even though there was a bump in the road at the beginning, I was really impressed with how fast and smooth they fixed everything. Their customer service was awesome, and I was grateful for their quick response and effort to solve the problem.

    Ceramic BBQ pit bowl replacement

    I just bought a new ceramic bowl for my BBQ pit, but when it showed up, it was all damaged. I had to take a bunch of pictures and send them to the customer service crew. Even though I said I wouldn't open the box until they sent a new bowl, they kept making excuses. In the end, I had to pay to send it back because they weren't being very helpful. The whole thing was pretty disappointing, and I'm definitely not gonna buy from them again.

    Napoleon Prestige 500 Natural Gas Grill

    Well, y'know, I gotta tell you 'bout my time at this BBQ joint. Dealt with a sales guy named Mike Dodd, and he was somethin' else. He knew his stuff, lemme tell ya. Patient, helpful, and most importantly, straight-up honest. No pushy sales stuff, just a real conversation. He listened to me, gave me all the deets I needed. 'Cause of him, I ended up gettin' the Napoleon Prestige 500 Natural Gas Grill, fully loaded. Just what I wanted. Thanks a lot to him.

    The customer service at BBQ Guys was a huge disappointment. I recently ordered a pellet smoker from them and the whole experience was really unsatisfactory. They said the order was sent out, but the tracking number they gave me didn't work. I tried contacting their customer service a bunch of times, and while they were nice, they couldn't really solve the problem. Every time I reached out, they promised to look into it, but I never heard back. When the smoker didn't arrive when they said it would, I had to cancel the order. It was all so frustrating and disappointing, especially because I've had good experiences with BBQ Guys before. I won't be using their services again in the future.

    Weber Smokefire grill purchase

    I bought a Weber Smokefire grill from this store not too long ago, and I have to say, I'm kinda let down by the lack of honesty in their product reviews. I've seen lots of negative reviews online about this grill, talking about all the problems it has, but all the reviews on their site are just way too positive. And when I tried to leave a review describing the issues I was having with the grill, it never got posted. It makes me wonder if they're not being totally truthful about their products.

    Chicken wings and grill accessories

    I wanted to make sure my dad got his chicken wings on time for Father's Day, so I called to ask if my order would be here in time. A real human actually picked up the phone and helped me figure out where my stuff was coming from! They weren't sure if it would make it on time, but they promised to try their best. Guess what? It did come on time, and the grill accessories were top-notch. My dad loved them! I'll definitely be buying all our BBQ stuff from them from now on.

    Grilled that wasn't as advertised

    I bought a grill that was supposed to have a sear and griddle, but it came with an ice bucket instead! Why would they put an ice bucket next to a hot grill? BBQGuys said sorry and promised to send me a griddle, but it's been a whole year and still no griddle! I think it's better to order from Napoleon directly.

    I recently bought an outdoor grill and accessories from the company. Unfortunately, part of my order got delayed and was supposed to arrive when I was away. I tried calling and emailing multiple times to cancel the order, but my request was ignored. Finally, I got through to someone who said they would cancel it, but the order still got shipped three days later and was left over the gate by FEDEX. On top of that, I can't get a return tag for the items, and now another cancelled part of the order is on its way to me. This whole situation has made me really unhappy with the service from the company.

    I recently bought a griddle from this company and when it arrived, it was scratched and was missing a trim piece. I contacted customer service hoping to get it sorted out quickly, but unfortunately, they wouldn't replace the missing piece without extra cost. It's frustrating when you trust a big company to provide good products, but they let you down on customer service. It's not right to make customers pay for the company's mistakes. I shouldn't have to cover the cost for their errors as a customer. Especially for something important like a trim piece for a new home project. Contractors have busy schedules and can't always check everything properly in a short time. So be careful when buying from this company, you might end up paying double for missing items.

    Delayed delivery with carrier issues

    So, I bought a BBQ, but it got stuck in Portland, Oregon for 5 days because of carrier issues. It's just sitting on the dock at R&L carriers, waiting to be transferred to another carrier. I tried contacting the carrier from Spokane to BBQguys, but nothing has happened. I might end up getting charged if the BBQ has to be sent back. This delay is messing up my vacation plans since I can't leave until the BBQ shows up. It's really important for companies to use trustworthy carriers to avoid delays and keep products safe during shipping.

    My experience buying AOG products from this company has been amazing. I recently had my outdoor kitchen built by a landscaper who ordered all the stuff I wanted from their site. Everything came in perfect shape, including an AOG grill with all the fancy extras, an AOG double side burner, Blaze double drawers, trash/recycle pullout system, and access doors. I also got an AOG grill cover, which came quickly and in good shape. Plus, whenever I have questions about the products or how to take care of them, I get helpful and personalized email responses the next day. Their customer service and attention to detail really make this company stand out. I definitely recommend them for all your outdoor kitchen needs.

    "Showroom model" grill head with accessories

    I just bought a display model grill head, in-ground mount, and cover from your company. The grill head had some minor cosmetic issues, but it works perfectly and was a great deal compared to a new one.     Igniter and burner replacement for old grill

    My BBQ is getting old, about 20 years. I had to get a new igniter and burner. The order came fast, but the replacement burner was a bit taller than the original, so the igniter didn't fit right. It's all good though, I've been using matches to light it for a while now. I tried calling customer service using the number on the invoice, but no one picked up.

    Hickory Smoker Box

    I was kinda unsure about getting that hickory smoker box for my electric grill, but I thought, why not give it a shot? I followed the instructions, got my chicken ready, and started grilling. And man, was I impressed! The hickory smoked goodness that soaked into my chicken was just what I was looking for.
