The website was super easy to use, and I came across some great deals with trusted car rental companies. When I reached out to customer service for help, the folks were really nice and knew their stuff, giving me useful info. But I was bummed out to see the price go up once the car was marked as "awaiting payment" on my booking page, which was annoying.

Outdoor grill and accessories
I recently bought an outdoor grill and accessories from the company. Unfortunately, part of my order got delayed and was supposed to arrive when I was away. I tried calling and emailing multiple times to cancel the order, but my request was ignored. Finally, I got through to someone who said they would cancel it, but the order still got shipped three days later and was left over the gate by FEDEX. On top of that, I can't get a return tag for the items, and now another cancelled part of the order is on its way to me. This whole situation has made me really unhappy with the service from the company.
