The car choices were amazing compared to other places and the prices were unbeatable. The descriptions of the cars were really clear and the rental process was so quick and efficient. Can't really complain about anything, eh.

Overall, my car rental experience was pretty good. However, some places were a bit annoying, trying to sell me things I didn't need, like extra insurance or fees for a messy car. I had a bad time with this one place called Differental - their customer service was terrible and they kept pushing me to buy stuff I didn't want.

So, I had to wait in line to get my rental car, which kind of sucked, but I guess that's normal with all the big rental companies. The person helping me out was nice and friendly though. The car was clean, but I made sure to take note of any scratches or dents before I drove off. Dropping off the car was easy, just a short wait because they were busy. Overall, it was a good experience, so thanks to the rental company!

Hey there! So, a few years back, I had to cancel a booking, and they gave me a voucher as a little something to make up for it. I wasn't sure if the voucher was still good, but turns out it was! Book C-segment car, get B-segment car instead
So, I was super pumped to pick up my rental car, and it was pretty fast and all. But then, the person at the rental place was so mean and rude. I was supposed to get this awesome Focus or Golf car (C-segment), but they gave me this strange Toyota Aqua (B-segment) instead. Like, I've never even heard of that car before! And they didn't even bother trying to help or give me a better car. They were just like, "Take it or leave it." Ugh, I was so let down. Next time, I'm definitely gonna check out a different rental spot.

I decided to go ahead and book a rental car online using a popular travel site. It was pretty easy and convenient, and the price I got was reasonable. I chose an automatic car for a smoother ride. Originally, I was supposed to get a Skoda Octavia, but they gave me a VW Golf instead. It wasn't a big deal for me. The car was good on gas and perfect for what I needed. Getting to the rental spot from the airport was a piece of cake thanks to the shuttle bus service. The whole check-in process was fast and smooth. When I returned the car, there was no wait for the inspection. The shuttle bus was already there, ready to take me back to the airport. I got my deposit back quick, within 2 days of bringing the car back. I was happy with how everything went down, and I wouldn't think twice about using this service again. The staff were nice and easy to talk to, and it was a relief that they spoke English since my Spanish isn't great.

I had to cancel my booking and asked for a refund, but ended up with credit instead. So had to send another email to confirm the refund. Bit of a hassle there. But overall, it was the cheapest option and the booking process was easy.

My experience renting a car through this company was super easy and really good overall. I booked a car for my trip to Madeira in March and had to change the pick-up time because my flight was different, but they were totally cool about it. The company communicated well, responding quickly and being flexible when I needed to make changes to my booking. I decided to go with their full coverage, just to play it safe, and I'm so happy I did because unfortunately, the car got a little banged up during my trip. But the company reimbursed me without any trouble, sticking to the policy. All in all, I had a fantastic experience with this company and would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Rental car refund
So, I had to cancel my rental car in Florida and was waiting for my money back. I checked the rules and saw I could get a credit for future rentals. But honestly, I don't rent cars all that much so I asked if they could just refund me back on my credit card. I filled out the online form and within a minute, this guy named Max responded and said it would take about two weeks for the money to show back up on my card. Big shoutout to Max for coming through for me!
