Changed dates and pick up location last minute
We were really in a bind, needing to switch our dates and pick up spot at the last minute, but Magdalena, the rep, totally saved the day! She was so awesome and gave us quick, efficient, and professional help. She replied to all our emails super fast and sorted everything out for us. Big shout out to Dimitry for pitching in too. We felt like we were really being taken care of and left totally happy with how everything turned out.

Airline switch and extra bike fees
First of all, I booked my flight with one airline, but then I ended up getting switched to a different one without any reason. And when I wanted to bring my bike on the plane, they said I had to pay more money for it, even though it would have been free with the original airline. The customer service at the airport was not helpful whatsoever, and when I tried reaching out to the airline online, it was just a big waste of time. I'll definitely be steering clear of this airline in the future.

Bomber jacket purchase
This company is a complete scam, eh! I ordered a bomber jacket that looked nothing like what was shown in the ad. The material felt cheap, the stitching was all over the place, and the color was totally off. I was so let down by it that I didn't even bother trying it on before chucking it in the trash. Save your cash and shop elsewhere, folks!
