Couldn't even talk to a real human at their office - that automated menu was just so frustrating and kept repeating useless info. It's just not cool for a business to run like that in this day and age.

Leather recliner rockers
My experience with those leather recliner rockers I got from this store was pretty disappointing, eh. Even though it's a well-known brand, the chair never quite sat right and kept having issues with reclining and going back up straight. I had to call in for service a bunch of times, but sadly, the problem never got fixed. The last repair guy even mentioned switching out the regular springs for heavier-duty ones, but couldn't promise it would solve everything.

I've been doing some shopping lately and I gotta say, I've got some mixed feelings about it. The quality of the products could definitely be better, 'cause some of them don't really hold up well after a couple washes. The smell coming from that store with the Ayurvedic products is so strong, it's just awful. You can smell it all over the place and even the kids have been complaining every time we walk by. Our neighbour next door, who has asthma, had to change her route to school just to avoid it. We tried talking to the store about it, but they didn't really listen to us. They said they turn off the smell at night, but that's not true at all. We've been living here for ten years and never had to deal with something like this before. It's a real pain for everyone in this area.

I had the worst customer service experience with this company. I returned an item on December 14th and tracked it to see that they got it on December 18th. But, it was already two weeks into January and I still hadn't received my refund. I reached out to them many times by email, but felt like I was talking to a wall. They just kept saying they never got my return, even though the courier had proof of delivery.

I tell ya, I ordered these winter gloves from this company, and let me tell ya, it was a total disaster, eh! I live in Canada, so you know, I had to deal with the long wait for my order to arrive. The Trafalgar tour of Italy that my partner and I booked turned out to be a major disappointment.
