Leather recliner rockers
My experience with those leather recliner rockers I got from this store was pretty disappointing, eh. Even though it's a well-known brand, the chair never quite sat right and kept having issues with reclining and going back up straight. I had to call in for service a bunch of times, but sadly, the problem never got fixed. The last repair guy even mentioned switching out the regular springs for heavier-duty ones, but couldn't promise it would solve everything.

I've been doing some shopping lately and I gotta say, I've got some mixed feelings about it. The quality of the products could definitely be better, 'cause some of them don't really hold up well after a couple washes. Plus, I've noticed that prices have been going up, with some items doubling in cost. Hopefully, that means they're using better materials, but we'll have to wait and see. One thing I do like is the variety of clothes they offer, even though the sizing can be all over the place and that's pretty annoying. Gotta give credit where it's due though, the delivery and service have been top-notch. I've always gotten my orders on time and the customer service team is always quick to help out when needed.

Ayurvedic products
The smell coming from that store with the Ayurvedic products is so strong, it's just awful. You can smell it all over the place and even the kids have been complaining every time we walk by. Our neighbour next door, who has asthma, had to change her route to school just to avoid it. We tried talking to the store about it, but they didn't really listen to us. They said they turn off the smell at night, but that's not true at all. We've been living here for ten years and never had to deal with something like this before. It's a real pain for everyone in this area.

Troublesome refund process
I had the worst customer service experience with this company. I returned an item on December 14th and tracked it to see that they got it on December 18th. But, it was already two weeks into January and I still hadn't received my refund. I reached out to them many times by email, but felt like I was talking to a wall. They just kept saying they never got my return, even though the courier had proof of delivery.

Italy tour, disappointing accommodations and itinerary changes
The Trafalgar tour of Italy that my partner and I booked turned out to be a major disappointment. We were so excited for the Best of Italy tour and had planned it well in advance, but when we arrived, it was a different story. The hotels we were given were not the ones we saw on the website - they were far from the city centers and not up to par. From the broken air conditioning to the slow toilets, it was a rough stay. Our visit to Florence was cut short, too. When we asked about the changes, all we got was the company saying they could do what they want. It felt like they were more focused on pushing pricey add-ons rather than giving us a great experience. Without those extras, it felt like we were just paying for a place to sleep and a ride around.

My recent experience with ordering a dress from this online shop was a total letdown. I found the website on a popular platform and decided to order a dress that ended up being totally different from what I picked out. The customer service folks weren't much help and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I recently bought a Hydro Flask bottle and let me tell you, it's been a real letdown. It's been almost 5 weeks and I still don't have my order. It blows my mind that a company this big doesn't have a proper online support system. The lack of communication and the delay in delivery is driving me crazy. I just found out about ResortPass from another traveler who said it's a great way to chill after a cruise but before your flight.
