I just bought some fly fishing equipment from Ed's Fly Shop, but honestly, it wasn't the best experience. I got an email saying that my order had been sent and even got a USPS tracking number, but turns out USPS never actually got my package. This whole mix-up lasted about a week, during which I had to contact the shop to figure out what was going on. They told me they were missing one item, but they had just gotten it and assured me that my order would be shipped out the next day.
Batten kill spool
I bought what I thought was a reel, but ended up with a spool instead. It looked just like the reel in the picture, so I felt a bit taken advantage of having to pay extra. Come on, Ed's Fly Shop!

Got wrong item
I ordered something from this fly shop and when I got home, I realized they sent me the wrong thing! Can you believe it? It's really disappointing because now I have to go all the way back to the post office to return it. Not cool, I was so looking forward to using it. Now I have to wait even longer. Ugh, such a pain.
