First-time purchase of a power recliner
I just bought my first power recliner and I gotta say, it was a total letdown. I was so pumped about how comfy it looked in the showroom, but when it arrived, it was a completely different story. The padding was lousy, there were weird lumps and the seat was way too hard. It's basically impossible to relax in. I feel like I blew my cash on this thing and I'm super bummed about it. I definitely won't be telling anyone to shop at that store again.
Leather recliner rockers
My experience with those leather recliner rockers I got from this store was pretty disappointing, eh. Even though it's a well-known brand, the chair never quite sat right and kept having issues with reclining and going back up straight. I had to call in for service a bunch of times, but sadly, the problem never got fixed. The last repair guy even mentioned switching out the regular springs for heavier-duty ones, but couldn't promise it would solve everything.
2x2 seater recliner electric
I just bought a couple of recliners that seat two and are electric. But guess what? There's a big problem with the back of one of the recliners. It keeps coming up and is super uncomfortable, not at all what I was hoping for after spending so much money on them. Has anyone else had this issue with the same model? I shelled out a good chunk of change for these recliners, so I was expecting them to be comfy and top-notch, but I'm pretty let down by how uncomfortable the back is.
Leather recliners
I bought two leather recliners from this store, and I gotta say, the difference in quality between the two is like night and day. The first one, which I've had for 15 years, still looks amazing. The leather is holding up great - no wear and tear, no fading, and definitely no peeling. Plus, the padding is still nice and comfy. But the second recliner, which is only 5 years old, feels like it's falling apart. The arms are all squished, the seat is saggy, and the leather is looking faded and discoloured. It's even peeling in some spots. I'm pretty disappointed in the drop in quality, gotta say.
Full furniture set purchase
So, I recently bought this whole furniture set from a store and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The customer service was the absolute worst I've ever come across. The front desk person was so rude, the sales guy tried his best but was stuck with a terrible company, and the big-shot regional manager was just dismissive and not helpful at all. We got the sofa and love seat at the end of November, even though we bought the set in October, and the chair didn't show up until March of the next year. I kept calling and complaining about the delay, especially since we had guests over Christmas, but it seemed like they couldn't care less. I tried asking for some sort of compensation for all the inconvenience, but the store and manager just shut me down every time. Overall, it was a total customer service fail and I'll definitely never shop there again or suggest it to anyone.
Power recliner purchase with warranty
So, I bought a power recliner with a warranty from this company not too long ago. At first, I was happy with my purchase, but then I ran into a big problem with the warranty. You see, after three years of using it, my cats went to town on that chair and scratched it up real bad. I reached out to the company for help, and the warranty provider initially said they'd cover that kind of damage. But, when I went through the whole process of sending in proof and details, they ended up saying no because they claimed it happened multiple times. I was really let down by their decision, especially since they didn't even come check out the chair in person to see the damage for themselves.
New sofa with misaligned seams and oversized non-moving cushion
I just got a new sofa and it turned out to be a big let down. When it was delivered, I noticed right away that the seams were all wonky and the middle cushion was way too big, making it look really bad. So, I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, but they were no help at all. They basically said that's just how it is and didn't even apologize. It was clear that this company couldn't care less about the shoddy workmanship on their products.
Recliner purchase
My recent purchase of a recliner turned out to be a real letdown. I thought I was getting a comfortable and supportive seat after shelling out a bunch of cash for it. But, after only a month, I started getting major back pain. Turns out, the recliner didn't give enough support for my lower back and the padding felt super cheap, like sitting on a wooden stool. The whole thing was a huge bummer, both in terms of the quality of the product and the discomfort it brought me.
Double power recliner purchased
I just bought a double power recliner from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. I shelled out over $3,000 and had to wait a crazy 8 months for it to arrive. Now, just 22 months later, the fabric is already looking pretty beat up. It's all pilled up and there's even a rip in one spot! The sales rep said sorry and all, but come on, a warranty for only 1 year is not cool. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again.
Custom sectional purchase
My recent experience with the store was a total nightmare, eh? We saved up our hard-earned money and were so excited to finally buy a custom sectional for our home. But, let me tell ya, it was one disappointment after another. The store's communication was terrible, eh? They kept changing the delivery dates without any real reason or updates. The lack of professionalism and accountability really got to us. It was super frustrating, and we ended up having to find a different option because the store couldn't keep their promises. What a waste of our time and energy, eh? We won't be going back there, that's for sure.
Lazy boy chair and a half
I just bought a big comfy chair from this furniture store and man, I had some problems with the wrinkling on the seat and recliner. I told them about it and they swapped out the seat and back for me. But you won't believe it, the new seat looks even worse than before! When I brought it up, they basically shrugged it off and said it was just "comfort" wrinkles, like what even is that? I gotta say, I'm super let down by the low quality and lousy customer service I got from them.
Faulty recliner chair
I gotta tell ya, my experience with that recliner chair from this store has been a real let down. Within less than a year of buying it, the darn thing stopped working right, causing a whole bunch of trouble for my 85-year-old mother-in-law. We've tried and tried to get the chair fixed, but we've been met with zero customer service or support. The store we bought it from won't do a thing about it, saying it's not their problem and telling us to talk to customer service. But even customer service hasn't been much help, just giving us a new control module and saying it's an easy fix - which clearly ain't the case. The quality of the chair and the service from this store has been downright awful, leaving us feeling frustrated and let down.
Love seat purchase
I bought a love seat back in July, but had to wait until October to get it because one of the seats was messed up. When it finally arrived, nobody told me that it was still messed up. Then, 7 months later, I got a part in the mail from the store and they said that the love seat was actually defective when they delivered it, and that I apparently agreed to it just to get it sooner. That's not true at all! I paid the full price for that love seat and they never mentioned anything about it being defective. I'm really upset about the lack of honesty and transparency in this whole situation.
Recliner purchase
The service at this store was so awesome! I wasn't happy with the recliner I bought at first because it hurt my back, even after I tried to make it better. But the sales rep and manager at the store really came through for me. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. After trying a few different recliners, I was able to exchange mine for a really comfortable one. I was super impressed with how much they cared about making me happy as a customer. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
2 recliners
I got these 2 really pricy recliners that were supposed to come with a lifetime warranty on the inside stuff. But you know what? Both of them ended up breaking - one after just a year and the other after 5 years. Turns out the warranty only covers the metal parts, not the spot that actually broke. Lazy boy and the furniture store just passed the blame back and forth and didn't do anything to help out. Both chairs broke at the solid wood piece that connects the metal to the frame, and that part wasn't covered. Looks like I'll have to fix this garbage on my own.
Expensive couch
I can't believe I wasted so much money on a couch that fell apart after just a year and a half! And when I contacted customer service, they had the nerve to say it was out of warranty and I'd have to pay full price for repairs. What kind of company doesn't back up their product?! They just want to take your money and disappear. I won't be fooled into buying from them ever again.
$2000 sofa
I bought a couch for two grand not too long ago and man, am I ever let down. The color is already rubbing off after hardly any use, which is totally not cool for something that pricey. Plus, the folks at this store have the worst customer service ever. They don't give a darn about my problems and haven't given me any decent solutions. Honestly, this product is not just bad quality, it's straight up trash. I'd recommend that people steer clear of this store and save their dough for something better.
Reclining chair
I wouldn't recommend getting a reclining chair from that furniture store. I got one for over $1000 with a mechanical reclining system, and after just 6 months, it broke. The chair would move by itself, sliding forward and back without me even touching the handle. I had to manually adjust it to keep it still. When I asked for a technician to fix it, they didn't want to help. The salesperson said everything was fine and I should adjust it myself under the chair. They also wanted to charge $80 for a technician. It's really frustrating to see this lack of responsibility and service, especially after spending so much money on the chair.
Recliner set with matching fabric
Our time at the store was great. The staff took the time to show us different recliner sets, explaining all the features. They even brought in a home designer to help us pick out a fabric that matched. They told us the fabric was in stock, so we placed our order expecting it to arrive in 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped after we made the purchase. Initially, we were given a delivery date for early February, but that got pushed back multiple times without much communication. The customer service we received after buying the furniture was not great. Promises were made about storing the furniture for our snowbird lifestyle, but they weren't kept. Overall, the whole process after the sale was frustrating, and there wasn't much follow-up.
Table, recliners, sofa
I bought some tables, recliners, and a sofa from this store, eh. Gotta say, I'm not too happy with the quality, ya know. The back pillows on the recliners got some big holes where they end, the back and wings of the chairs don't line up right, and the finish on the tables is flaking off. These problems were there right from when they delivered the furniture, eh. I went past a bunch of other furniture stores to come here, hoping for better quality, but I was way off, eh. This is definitely the worst and most pricey furniture I've ever purchased. My advice to others would be to steer clear and not shop here, for sure.
