Customer service experience
So I had a little problem with my order cause some stuff was out of stock. It was kind of a bummer, but the customer service I got to fix it was top-notch. It was such a relief to talk to a real person who helped me out right away. And they got back to my emails super fast, showing they really care about keeping us customers happy. For sure I'm gonna order from them again, all thanks to Matthew and his awesome service.

Heated neck wrap with bag
So, I bought this heated neck wrap not long ago, and it came with a handy bag to keep it in and protect it. But, I ended up losing the bag after just a few weeks of using it. I reached out to customer service, hoping to get a replacement, but I was out of luck. They told me they didn't have any extras in stock. I was pretty disappointed with the lack of help and felt let down by their customer service.

Stick tests
I gave those stick tests a shot and man, were they ever wrong! I even did blood tests at the same time to double-check, and the sticks were completely off. They said I had an LH surge 5 days before I actually did! Such a waste of money. I tried to get a refund, but they just kept giving me the same response every time. Save your cash and don't bother with these!

Faulty recliner chair
I gotta tell ya, my experience with that recliner chair from this store has been a real let down. Within less than a year of buying it, the darn thing stopped working right, causing a whole bunch of trouble for my 85-year-old mother-in-law. We've tried and tried to get the chair fixed, but we've been met with zero customer service or support. The store we bought it from won't do a thing about it, saying it's not their problem and telling us to talk to customer service. But even customer service hasn't been much help, just giving us a new control module and saying it's an easy fix - which clearly ain't the case. The quality of the chair and the service from this store has been downright awful, leaving us feeling frustrated and let down.

Sandals with cushioned footbeds
As a customer at Aerosoles, I gotta say their sandals with cushioned footbeds are totally worth it. They're so comfy, I can walk around all day without my feet hurting at all. Plus, the design is super trendy and goes with everything. You can tell they're made with high-quality materials just by looking at them and wearing them. I love how they pay attention to every little detail to make sure my feet are supported and comfy with every step. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'd definitely suggest Aerosoles to anyone wanting stylish and comfy shoes.

Reusable coffee cup
I just bought a reusable coffee cup from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how nice it looks and how well it's made.
