Down jacket with defective zipper
I bought a down jacket from this place not too long ago. The price was decent and it got delivered quickly, but I was pretty bummed out about the zipper being all wonky. It just wouldn't zip up properly, so the jacket was pretty much useless and it felt like I wasted my money. I tried to contact the seller through email, but never heard back. Turns out, there was a little trick to getting the zipper to work and some silicone fixed it right up. The seller said they would have helped out if the zipper was actually broken, but all's well that ends well, I guess.
Awesome jacket!

The stuff they sell is either from last year, discontinued, or from previous seasons, so don't count on finding the newest items. They do have some good deals on brands, but just be sure you know what you're getting before you hit that buy button.

Eh, just like a lot of other folks, I was a bit skeptical about buying from this shop because of the bad reviews. But, I thought I'd give it a shot anyway and I'm real happy I did. The thing I bought was exactly what was promised, and the whole ordering process went super well. Shipping was way faster than I expected, eh! All in all, I had a good experience and for sure will think about buying from this store again next time.
Ultra Boost purchase
First time shopping at this store and I was a bit unsure at first because of some bad reviews, but I decided to give it a shot. I ordered Ultra Boost for my mom and it came in only 4 days. It was in perfect condition, no issues at all. My only thing is that they don't have a return or exchange policy, especially for things that haven't been tried on. It would be great to have the choice to exchange or get store credit for next time.
T-shirt purchase
Even though I saw some bad reviews, I took a risk with this website since I couldn't find the t-shirt I wanted anywhere else. I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything turned out. The tracking info was from a courier I didn't recognize, but it all worked out fine. My order came right on time, in the right size, and I'm totally in love with it. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
