Eh, so I gotta say, my experience with ordering jewelry from this company was pretty good, you know? The website was easy to use, had lots of jewelry options to choose from. Ordering was easy peasy, I just added stuff to my cart and checked out with no problems. The prices were fair and the quality of the jewelry was better than I thought it would be. Only thing is, delivery took a bit longer than I thought, but the jewelry arrived in good shape, so can't really complain. Overall, happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again in the future, for sure.

Customer service is just terrible, eh? I tried emailing and texting but nobody got back to me. Then I called, but no one picked up. And when I went on the chat room, they said the phone never worked, what's up with that, eh? Plus, they advertise discounts but the price changes at checkout. It's like a bait and switch, so watch out, eh!
