box had expired packs, customer service eventually replaced them — slow but polite. Would order again, just be careful.

Right when the clear graphs popped up I knew — finally numbers, not guessing. After other apps failed, so relieved and grateful today.

Points MIA, lunch drama

Tried using points for my weekday lunches. Couldn’t. Kinda annoying, but delivery was surprisingly quick.

I needed them for a clinic demo — chronic back pain cases; I was relieved when Mira's replacement arrived.

Took a chance, glad I did

I hesitated to ditch my old monitor - thought switching would be a hassle. After a month with Mira I'm actually relieved. I test it each morning with breakfast, no hiccups, and the hormone readouts are clear. My skepticism slowly turned into proper satisfaction.

Wouldn't recommend, honestly. Tracking said delivered days ago, but nope, nothing. Looks like a logistics screw-up on their side. I waited weeks and finally gave up, which stinks. Wish they'd sort it, or at least respond.

two tests in my last pack were faulty, and at this price they should offer refunds or replacements.

Clinic-tested, pleasantly surprised
4 reviews
I hesitated at first — thought it might be another gadget. A colleague demoed it at work and I ordered anyway. I'm a clinician and use it for myself and patients. The cycle graphs gave context bloodwork never did. My doubts faded after a month. It helped with perimenopause questions and even flagged patterns in PMDD/PCOS I wasn't expecting — a small surprise.

Clear, no-nonsense results

it actually made my cycle a lot clearer. The kit was straightforward — swabs and instructions weren’t a headache — and the app shows hormone levels in near real time so you stop guessing. I’ve tried other companies where results were vague or the tech was clunky, so this felt refreshingly practical. It’s not magic, but it’s accurate enough to plan around, and I’m kind of relieved it worked as promised. Happy I tried it, honestly, and it paid off.

Not cheap, works mostly
9 reviews
the promo emails promised 20% off but the codes never worked for me despite leaving reviews, and when I flagged it Mira sent another dud code. Points system is confusing, there’s a redemption threshold, and the discounts are meh; also free shipping only after you spend something like $150, which irks. Bonus glitch: their site somehow pre-bought 'testing wands' and I had to prove they were in my cart for them to cancel it. The wand itself helped, so doubts eased, but the whole experience felt clunky.

Testing doesn't add up
4 reviews
I've been using Mira for about a year and the main issue is consistency — and it's a problem. Recently I tried the Ultra 4 wands and, weirdly, when I tested the same urine sample with two different wands I got completely different FSH values, like 5 on one and 35 on the other. That level of mismatch makes it unreliable; I'm annoyed and wouldn't trust it alone, wish they'd fix calibration.

App misses the mark
4 reviews
I was half asleep scrolling the fertility score and kept thinking no, that can't be right. The device itself feels solid — my temps line up with other strips — but the app keeps calling days "high" when I haven't ovulated, and it ignores BBT unless you use their gadget. It's annoying and makes timing tricky. I've had clunky apps from other brands too, so I'm kinda glad the hardware's okay, but the software really needs work.

Wand + app, almost there

First time I used the wand I thought, huh, this is weirdly satisfying — like a little home lab. I've been on Mira for about four cycles now and the hardware feels solid, the wand gives quick readings and actually kind of calms me when I’m tracking. The app though, it’s a mixed bag. I miss the weight chart and those personalised nudges Flo used to give me about mood and trends — that concrete graph made me track more consistently. Mira’s symptoms section is a pleasant surprise, especially the bleeding detail, that level of nuance is genuinely helpful for spotting patterns. But outside of using the wand I rarely open the app; there’s not enough to pull me back in. Notifications are mostly sale-y, so I turned them off, which means I lose any helpful prompts. I tried to buy extras on my phone once and the checkout was a mess — pop-ups, tiny scrolling text, felt like one of those high-pressure promo sites. I ended up ordering on Amazon originally. Also, I’d love a Google Health sync so steps and workouts don’t have to be entered twice — that would make Mira feel more like my main health app. A buy-back option for wands would be clever too; I see folks on Reddit selling theirs as they get pregnant, and that community really wants deeper analysis and connection. I heard about app-breaking updates but only ran into a glitch on Android in June; otherwise it’s been stable. I tell friends with PCOS and POI about it because having data about your body is empowering, even if the app still needs a few features to be truly sticky.

Kept around for the extras
2 reviews
I was ready to ditch this product, but their support kept me around — mixed feelings, honestly. I started using it earlier this year when I wanted something to track hormones, and first impression: the app felt like a scavenger hunt and the sticks look like tiny mystery sticks. The app buries things, the shopping tab is confusing, and the notifications are almost never helpful (wrong stick, wrong timing — often). Devices and sticks glitch sometimes too, even when I use them exactly as instructed; annoying, but when I reported failed sticks they actually mailed extras without fuss, which restored a bit of faith. Shipping costs, though — outrageous — and last month my autoship didn't arrive with zero explanation; they made me re-order manually via the app, which was tedious. I also couldn't add one type of stick to the autoship, so I paid steep shipping again. Small things: stick names are unhelpful, tiny print, packaging is a pain to open — not kidding. So yes, not great UX, occasional glitches, decent customer service — could be so much better. I mean, it's usable if you persevere, but expect to be annoyed sometimes.

Fertility testing device

This product is so frustrating! I've tried it a bunch of times and most of the time, I just get error messages. It's been such a hassle and waste of time. I've had to switch to a different brand of ovulation tests because I can't trust this one at all.

Faulty wands
2 reviews
I ended up getting 2 boxes of these wands that were gonna expire soon! When I reached out to customer service about the ones that didn't work, they weren't very helpful. The instructions were simple enough, but the wands just kept giving me errors. It seems like they only care about making money with all those extra add-ons on the app. Total waste of money, I'm going back to my old tracker.

Ovulation and fertility tracking device

I just bought a device to track my ovulation and fertility, but I had a really bad experience with their service. The website was super hard to use, kept giving me errors when I tried to register the product. It was so annoying there was no phone number to call for help, I had to wait forever for email responses. I couldn't even register the device properly, so now I can't use it when I need to. It's basically useless. Now I’m waiting to hear back about getting a refund for this faulty product.
