I was ready to ditch this product, but their support kept me around — mixed feelings, honestly. I started using it earlier this year when I wanted something to track hormones, and first impression: the app felt like a scavenger hunt and the sticks look like tiny mystery sticks. The app buries things, the shopping tab is confusing, and the notifications are almost never helpful (wrong stick, wrong timing — often). Devices and sticks glitch sometimes too, even when I use them exactly as instructed; annoying, but when I reported failed sticks they actually mailed extras without fuss, which restored a bit of faith. Shipping costs, though — outrageous — and last month my autoship didn't arrive with zero explanation; they made me re-order manually via the app, which was tedious. I also couldn't add one type of stick to the autoship, so I paid steep shipping again. Small things: stick names are unhelpful, tiny print, packaging is a pain to open — not kidding. So yes, not great UX, occasional glitches, decent customer service — could be so much better. I mean, it's usable if you persevere, but expect to be annoyed sometimes.

I ordered a product on December 31st and I still haven't got it. The website said 3-7 days delivery but that's clearly not real. I've sent many emails and only got one useless reply. The customer service is really bad, especially for such an expensive product. I wish I had checked reviews before buying it.

Just like a lot of other folks, I placed my order a few weeks back and still haven't got it. Even though customer service promised a bunch of times, my package hasn't arrived yet. They don't even bother replying to my emails now. The whole pre-ordering and ordering thing is confusing and has left me feeling let down. I'm starting to wonder if this company is even legit, especially since I spent so much on their product.

I ordered the Mira analyser at the end of December and still haven't received any notification that it has been shipped. Despite sending multiple emails to customer service, I only got one response that didn't help at all. It looks like all those good reviews on social media might be paid for because my experience with the company has been pretty disappointing. It's frustrating that there's no phone number to call for help, so I'm stuck waiting for emails that never show up. If I don't hear back by a certain date, I'm gonna ask for my money back and tell everyone how bad their service is.
