    Smart scale

    This smart scale showed up a whole month later than expected, and to top it all off, I can't even figure out how to connect it to the app properly. It was working fine for a little while, but then out of nowhere, the screen just went black. I've tried to get in touch with customer support by email a bunch of times, but haven't heard back from anyone. I'm fed up at this point and I'm planning on disputing the charge with my credit card company.

    I'm so frustrated with this company - their lack of professionalism and efficiency is just too much. I ordered a smart scale over a month ago and still haven't received it. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times to cancel my order, but all I get are lies and unhelpful answers. And it's not only me - so many other customers are going through the same thing! I'm even thinking of disputing the charge with my credit card because I've had enough of waiting for a product that might never even show up. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!

    Late delivery, difficult cancellation process

    This has honestly been the worst customer experience I've ever had! My purchase took forever to arrive, and I tried so many times to cancel the order with no luck. I sent emails, tried to chat online, and even made phone calls, but the product still showed up at my door. The customer service was absolutely terrible, with the last person I talked to telling me not to accept the delivery, which was unrealistic since I couldn't be home all the time waiting. And to top it off, the delivery person actually rang the doorbell instead of just leaving the package! The company's 1.5-star reviews are totally spot-on, and it seems like the only time they respond is when you're really upset. I'm still waiting for my return label, and this whole situation has just been a nightmare!

    Got scale after a looong wait

    So hey, I finally got the scale after patiently waiting for a whole month, eh. The app just keeps crashing constantly. I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, but it still doesn't want to work, you know. The scale itself seems pretty accurate, but without the app, it's basically useless, for real. They really need to get on fixing that ASAP, eh!

    I just bought something from this company and man, it was a real bummer. Took forever for the package to arrive, like two months kind of forever. And when it finally got here, the thing just wouldn't work right. Changed the batteries, updated my phone, did everything I could think of, but no dice. The app kept crashing and the scale just wouldn't connect. I tried to get help from customer service, but it was radio silence. Overall, not a great time, you know?

    These scales are seriously such a waste of money! The weight readings are all over the place, making it basically useless when I try to check my weight. I reached out to customer service for some help, and they told me to try recalibrating the scales. I did it, but still no luck. Now, when I asked about returning them, customer service just went silent on me. This is not okay, and I'm not going to put up with it. If needed, I'll be taking this problem to higher-ups.

    My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I waited for like a whole month to get my order, just to open it up and find out there wasn't even a packing slip inside. I couldn't even send back the item or ask for my money back. I tried emailing and chatting online, but no one from customer service ever got back to me. The lack of communication and responsibility from this company is just not cool, eh.

    I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the FitTrack Scale. It's so inconsistent! I can hardly ever get the app to connect to the scale, so it's tough to keep an eye on my progress. I actually liked the old app better, it was more reliable and worked way smoother. At the end of the day, I think this scale doesn't really do much besides tell me how much I weigh.

    I bought a scale from this company and it was a total nightmare. They took my money right away, but it took forever for the scale to even show up. I tried so many times to reach customer service with no luck, so I had to open a dispute just to get a response. When the scale finally arrived, it was 3 lbs off compared to my doctor's scale. I don't trust the readings at all and feel like I just threw my money away.

    I'm really disappointed with my experience at FitTrack. I ordered a fitness tracker but never got it. I tried to reach out to customer service but didn't hear back. I had to cancel the payment and dispute the credit card charge. It's not cool to have such bad customer service and no communication.

    Heart rate monitor purchase

    I just bought a heart rate monitor from this company, and to be honest, I'm feeling a little let down. I've only been using it for two weeks and the batteries are already dying on me. I didn't realize I had to use lithium batteries for it to function properly, so that's really annoying. I had read some reviews mentioning this problem, but I still wanted to give it a chance. Right now, I'm not sure if I'd suggest it to anyone else.

    This company's customer service is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. It took forever for my order to arrive, and on top of that, they charged me for a 3-month subscription before I even got my hands on the item. They also promised me a 30-day trial of their Advanced Health Program, which I never received. I've tried contacting them multiple times through email to return the product because of the long wait, but I haven't heard anything back on how to go about it. Finally, they credited me for the Advanced Health Program they charged me for, but the lack of communication and slow response time is just not okay.

    My experience with the customer service at this company was so disappointing, eh. It was like, non-existent and just not responsive at all, you know? They only had email and this chat thing as ways to talk to them, and I tried both a bunch of times with no luck. The chat thing was the worst, they said it was fast but I waited a whole 13 hours for a reply, and it was at, like, the worst time possible, eh. Seems like they only answer in the middle of the night, which makes no sense for us Canadians, eh. Overall, their customer service was just not good enough, especially with all the ads they do.

    Scale purchase for health journey

    I was pretty pumped to get my hands on a scale to help me out with my health goals, eh? But here we are, two months later and still no sign of it. I put in my order back in November and my credit card has been dinged for the monthly fee even though I haven't even laid eyes on the scale yet. And by the looks of it, that fee was supposed to cover the cost of using the scale, but no such luck. I've already pulled the plug on the subscription and now I really need to get my money back for the scale and those pesky monthly charges, eh?

    The information from the smart scale was great, but I had a hard time figuring out how to use it because there were no instructions on app downloads. Thankfully, a friend who knew about it was able to assist me. It took a while for the scale to get to me, which was annoying, but the company made up for it by offering a lifetime warranty. When I contacted them about the delay, they were quick to respond and kept me updated on the progress. Overall, I'd give my experience with the company 3 stars because of the lack of instructions and the delayed delivery.

    I recently bought a smart scale from this company, and while the scale itself arrived pretty quickly (within the estimated 2 weeks), I was really disappointed with the app that came with it. When I tried to log in, the app just kept freezing and crashing, so I couldn't use any of the features. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a bunch of times, but the problem didn't go away, so it wasn't my fault. Plus, I found out that a lot of the cool things they advertised needed a paid subscription to use. I like things to be upfront and easy to use, so that really turned me off. So, I ended up sending the scale back the very next day without even opening it.

    I ordered a scale from this place at the end of November and I still haven't received it. They took my money and I've sent several emails asking about its whereabouts, but all I got was some tracking info from January! It really seems like a total scam to me!

At least they sent me a couple emails saying sorry for the delay, so that was kinda nice. I hope they can fix their production issues for other folks though. The scale itself is actually really good quality and the app is easy to use. The only thing is, I can't quite figure out how to sync it with the app automatically. I gotta open the app every time I weigh myself, which is kinda annoying, eh.
