My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I waited for like a whole month to get my order, just to open it up and find out there wasn't even a packing slip inside. I couldn't even send back the item or ask for my money back. I tried emailing and chatting online, but no one from customer service ever got back to me. The lack of communication and responsibility from this company is just not cool, eh.

The service at this place was amazing! The staff helped me out right away and made sure I had a great shopping experience. The products were really top-notch and I'm so happy with what I bought. The earrings I got were so pretty and one-of-a-kind, just what I wanted. I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff later on.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how quick they were with getting my order to me, and the quality was better than I expected for the price. But man, was I bummed when I saw those little misprints on the postcards that I didn't notice on the online proof. And some of them had little nicks on the edges and corners too, which was disappointing. Even with those problems though, I still think the product was pretty good quality overall.

I bought this cool Bluetooth wearable thing after hearing about it on a podcast. But I couldn't figure out how to connect it to my phone, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they never got back to me. So, I ended up having to return it and get my money back. Customer service was a total letdown.

I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now and I've always been pretty happy with my purchases. But recently, I got this fall tank top on sale and when I finally took it out to wear this spring, I found a whole bunch of tiny holes in it even though I hadn't even worn or washed it yet. And then I got this awesome blue linen camp shirt that looked and fit just right, but after only 2 hours of wearing it, my co-worker pointed out a bunch of holes all over it. When I tried to return it, they told me I couldn't because I had already worn it. It was super disappointing, especially because I paid a lot for that shirt.
