Dress purchase
I ordered a dress and it wasn't what I thought it would be, so I'm sending it back. The almost $9.00 restocking fee is just too much, especially now that we do most of our shopping online. And free shipping for returns? Definitely not as advertised. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with how things went down, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Recent shipping issue
I just had a shipping problem with my order from this site. I've been a loyal customer for years and never had any issues before. When I tried to talk to them about the problem, they cancelled my order and ignored all my messages. It's frustrating how they're not communicating well or trying to solve customer problems. It's making me reconsider buying from them again.
Big sweater
Eh, so I picked up this huge sweater thinking it would fit me just right, but boy was I wrong! Turns out it's so big, not only can I wear it, but so can my sis and our dogs. It's definitely not a stylish look, more like a baggy potato sack. The material feels super cheap too, and after washing it, it got even worse. Looks like I might have to dig out my granny's sewing kit and try to fix it myself. This store used to be my favorite for cute clothes, but now it's full of random stuff that looks like it came straight from China or something. I've been shopping here forever, but it's just not the same anymore. Thanks a lot to those fancy investors who ruined it all! And why in the world did they get rid of the reviews and questions section on the website? What are they trying to hide, eh?
Sweater purchase
I bought a sweater and then when I tried to return it, the store said no to giving me the sale price. It's not cool, eh?
Exchange for smaller size jeans
Recently, I swapped out a pair of jeans for a smaller size. I was okay with the $8.95 shipping fee, but then I saw an extra $2 charge on there labeled as an interest payment for paying off my balance. That caught me off guard and left me feeling pretty annoyed. I've never had to deal with a fee like that before. So, I decided to just cancel my card right then and there, and I won't be shopping there again.
Oversized top
I bought a shirt from this shop not too long ago, but it turned out to be way too big for me. I ended up spending $10 on shipping just to get it, and another $10 to send it back for a refund. When I reached out to customer service to see if I could swap it for a smaller size, the person I spoke to was super rude and unhelpful.
Cozy sweaters and leggings
Oh my goodness, I just have to share with you how amazing my shopping trip was at this store! Every time I visit, I discover the comfiest sweaters and leggings. The staff is so friendly and really helps me find the best fit and style. Even if they don't have my size in stock, they always go above and beyond to assist me in finding it or recommending something similar. I really appreciate how they make shopping such a breeze and enjoyable experience!
Small, tall, pants and dresses
I can't believe people are hating on this store, like, seriously? I love shopping here for all my professional and semi-professional clothes, eh. They have these awesome tall small pants that I can never find anywhere else, you know. And their cute tall tunics are perfect for mixing and matching, eh. I've been shopping here for twenty years and never had a problem with their customer service, eh. But, like, why did they take away the reviews on their website, eh? That's kinda weird, you know. And sometimes they run out of pants, but like, it's no big deal, they always come back in stock, you know.
My first purchase with this store
I picked up this item, but it turned out to be no good and they charged me a ton of money for it. I tried to reason with them multiple times, but they still made me fork over more cash than I expected. I've decided I'm never going back to that store again.

Pima leggings in dark charcoal grey
I used to love those Pima leggings in dark charcoal gray from this store, they were just perfect and so comfy. But now, they don't carry any gray colors anymore, and it's a real letdown for me. I wear a lot of neutral shades, and gray was a key piece in my wardrobe. Despite my many emails asking nicely for the gray colors to come back, all I got back was a basic response about passing on my request. So, I got fed up and started looking for other options, and guess what? I found some brand-new pairs on eBay for half the price. It's really too bad they decided to focus on colors like “woodbine”, “evergreen”, “teak” and “portobello” instead of listening to what their customers want. Now, I'm all about supporting small independent sellers until I come across a company that actually cares about what their customers have to say.
Black pants
So, I got these really cool black pants at the store, you know? But they didn't have my size on the rack, so I had to order them to be shipped to my house. The thing is, they sent them to the wrong address without even letting me know! They ended up sending them back to the warehouse. Like, seriously? Couldn't they have at least given me a heads up? Eventually, they realized their mistake with the address and said they would send them again. And guess what? They claimed the pants were delivered, but I never received anything. Either they straight up lied or sent it to the wrong place. Ugh, I'm so done with this store. Their customer service is the worst, I'm never shopping there again!
Absurd refund policy
The refund policy at this store is just ridiculous, eh? I bought a pair of pants not long ago and never got 'em, so I called customer service to get a refund. But they were so rude about it, wouldn't help me out for a whole month! Dealing with this company was so annoying and let me down. Save yourself the trouble, don't bother spending your time or money here, eh?
Fall sleeveless tank and blue linen camp shirt.
I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now and I've always been pretty happy with my purchases. But recently, I got this fall tank top on sale and when I finally took it out to wear this spring, I found a whole bunch of tiny holes in it even though I hadn't even worn or washed it yet. And then I got this awesome blue linen camp shirt that looked and fit just right, but after only 2 hours of wearing it, my co-worker pointed out a bunch of holes all over it. When I tried to return it, they told me I couldn't because I had already worn it. It was super disappointing, especially because I paid a lot for that shirt.
Clothing items, particularly pants in petite sizes.
I used to be a big fan of the clothes from this store, but lately I've noticed that the quality and sizing have been going downhill, especially since the pandemic started. The styles and fabrics are still nice, and they often have awesome sales, which I really like. One thing I really appreciate is that they have pants in petite sizes, which can be hard to find at other stores. Even though the quality has been lacking, I have to say that the customer service has always been top-notch. Overall, I still think this company is pretty good, but they definitely need to work on improving the quality of their products.
Clothing items
I had a terrible experience trying to order from this company recently. I ran into a bunch of frustrating issues that ended up resulting in not one but two cancellations of my order. The first time, they said my billing and shipping addresses were different, even though they were the same. After talking to customer service and making sure everything matched up perfectly, I thought the problem was fixed. But then my order got canceled a second time for the same reason. Even though I showed proof that the addresses were identical, the customer service reps were not helpful at all and just kept giving me the same wrong information. This whole situation has been not only super frustrating but also means that the Christmas presents I wanted to get won't arrive on time. Their customer service let me down big time, and I have no interest in ordering from them again in the future.
Late payment issue
I had a problem with a late payment recently and got hit with a late fee as well as some interest charges, even though I sent my payment by check a good 8 days before it was due. The company is saying they didn't get my check until a few days after the due date and recommend giving them a full 14 days to process a payment by check. It just doesn't seem right to hold customers responsible for delays that are out of their hands.
Recent online order
I just got a package in the mail from an online order I made, and it had 6 items inside. The packaging was really good, everything was wrapped up nicely. I noticed that the free shipping took a bit longer this time around, but they did give me a heads up about when to expect it to arrive before I made the purchase. They also offered a faster 2-day shipping option for a small fee. All the stuff I got fits perfectly and washed up nicely on the delicate cycle. One item even survived a little puppy investigation! The earrings and bracelet that came with my order were each packed in their own plastic bag then put in the box. They look just like they did on the website - same colors, stones, very artsy and unique. I had a really good time shopping there and will definitely be back for more.

I can't believe I wasted my money on that plastic jewelry that was supposed to be top-notch! Trying to return it was a total nightmare - I was basically ignored and delayed until it was too late to return. I'm never buying from that company again. I could have gotten better quality stuff at a discount store for half the price!
