I ordered some shoes and they never showed up. I tried really hard to contact them but they never responded. I mean, I sent emails, made calls, tweeted, messaged on Facebook, and even reached out on LinkedIn but nothing. It's super frustrating when you spend your money and don't get what you ordered. If you don't want to waste your money, definitely avoid them!

I can't believe I wasted my money on that plastic jewelry that was supposed to be top-notch! Trying to return it was a total nightmare - I was basically ignored and delayed until it was too late to return. I'm never buying from that company again. I could have gotten better quality stuff at a discount store for half the price!

They got back to me fast and wrapped up my orders really good for the long trip. Only had one time when the delivery got held up, would've appreciated more details on that. Also, they do have some saving points available.
