Subscription overcharging and poor customer service
My experience with this subscription service was so disappointing. I signed up for a monthly subscription and then realized they were charging my card too much. When I wanted to cancel my subscription, they said no and kept taking money from my account. Even though I told them many times not to send me anything, they said the product was already shipped and wouldn't give me my money back. The first time, they said my billing and shipping addresses were different, even though they were the same. After talking to customer service and making sure everything matched up perfectly, I thought the problem was fixed. But then my order got canceled a second time for the same reason. Even though I showed proof that the addresses were identical, the customer service reps were not helpful at all and just kept giving me the same wrong information. This whole situation has been not only super frustrating but also means that the Christmas presents I wanted to get won't arrive on time. Their customer service let me down big time, and I have no interest in ordering from them again in the future.
