Positive first experience
I just bought something from this website for the first time and I wanted to share how it went. The website was easy to use, the product details were clear, and the payment process was smooth and secure. Today, my order arrived and I was happy to see that everything was well packed in boxes with lots of bubble wrap. The items looked just like they did in the pictures on the website. I did have a bit of trouble getting in touch with customer service for more info about my order, so I'll take off one star. Also, the tracking feature didn't show any info until the package made it to my country, which required some patience. Despite these small issues, I'd recommend this website to others.

This lack of attention to packaging is just not cool and has meant I've gotten damaged stuff more than once. On top of that, the shipping times they tell me have been way off. Even when I order stuff marked as 24-hour shipping, it's been taking 3-4 days to even get shipped out. This mix-up in shipping times makes me think twice about ordering from them again, since I don't want to risk getting more damaged goods. This whole experience has left me feeling let down and pretty frustrated.
