Oh man, I just had to grab that eye shadow palette in time for a birthday gift. I heard some bad stuff about shipping, but I wasn't gonna risk it, so I splurged on express shipping. And you know what? It showed up in no time. I was pleasantly surprised and so stoked with how fast it got here.

This mix-up in shipping times makes me think twice about ordering from them again, since I don't want to risk getting more damaged goods. This whole experience has left me feeling let down and pretty frustrated.
