Indiegogo campaign neckband wearable purchase
I've been a loyal customer of the wearable company since the beginning, starting with the neckband wearable from the Indiegogo campaign. I've seen some great improvements in both the device itself and the app over the years. The team has worked really hard to make the app better, and I'm happy with how it works now. I recently picked up this necklace that's supposed to help me relax and sleep better. While some of their products might seem good, the bad customer service and unresponsive subscriptions are big warning signs.

Hey, so I wanted to see if Hapbee really works, so I decided to test it by keeping an eye on my sleep with an Oura ring. Even though I heard good things about it from other people, turns out it didn't really help my sleep at all. My Oura ring data showed that, even after trying all the different settings, my sleep quality and how long I slept didn't really change.

It was so annoying and disappointing, especially since the device was expensive. I've never had this much trouble connecting a Bluetooth device to my phone before. The serial number of the device was A114920. So, until they fix this problem, I can't recommend this brand to anyone.
