I was so disappointed with the wooden puzzle and wire puzzle set I got from this company. The quality was really bad - pieces falling apart and wires all tangled. I've never been let down by a puzzle buy like this before.

I ordered a DNA kit from this place and it was awesome! The sales team was really nice and helpful. The coolest part is they do all the processing right in their fancy lab. FamilyTree does a great job at matching up the DNA samples.

Multiple purchases of scales, BP monitors, and sleep pads
The Withings products are really great when it comes to quality and how well they work. But, there are some big problems with connecting them and getting software updates. For example, setting up the scale to work with my home Wi-Fi took me a frustrating 4 hours to figure out. And don't even get me started on the Withings app - it's probably the worst one I've ever tried. Some parts of it don't update like they should, and having accurate historical data is super important if you want to track your progress.

Oh man, I was totally stressing when I ordered these awesome sunglasses online last week but didn't get a tracking number. I thought for sure it was a scam. But after I emailed and messaged them on their site, they reassured me and sent my shades in record time so I could have them for Christmas. They even threw in an extra pair for my bro! I just got them today and I am over the moon. Seriously, don't worry about those scammers - these guys are the real deal and you can reach out to them in multiple ways.

Juliette has a gun perfume
I just bought the Juliette has a gun perfume but I was really disappointed. It had no scent at all, which was a big surprise and really frustrating. I've bought stuff from them before and liked it, so this was unexpected. I don't get why this perfume didn't smell like anything. It was disappointing and didn't live up to what I was hoping for.

Stay at fancy hotel
OMG, folks, I just stayed at this really fancy hotel and it was amaaaazing! The room was super luxurious and I felt like a queen. The service was top-notch, everyone was so nice and helpful. I even treated myself to room service and the food was so yummy! The pricing was a bit on the expensive side, but I suppose you get what you pay for. The delivery of my room service was super fast too. All in all, I had the best time ever and I can't wait to go back!

Clothing credit card reduced, overpriced junk, returning item
I used to be a loyal customer of this store for so many years, eh, but lately, I've been really let down by the quality of their clothes and their customer service, eh. And to top it off, they keep lowering my clothing credit card limit, which is just so frustrating, eh. The prices of their clothes are way too high for the quality - they feel like cheap junk, not worth it at all, eh. So, yesterday when I saw that they reduced my credit limit even more, I was so mad that I decided to return my last purchase and say goodbye to this store for good, eh. It's really too bad that they treat their past customers so poorly, they really deserve to go out of business, eh. Karma will catch up with them eventually, eh.
