    Oh my goodness, I can't even deal right now. So, like, I ordered this lipstick and mascara online and it arrived super quickly! But when I got home, it was just left on my porch, like... what if someone took it?! That's not cool at all. And then, when I tried to reach out to them, they wouldn't even give me a refund! Ugh, it's like they don't even care about their customers. I am definitely not purchasing from them again. Grrrr!

    My experience with Sephora's online shopping was seriously disappointing. I love the actual store, but the online service was not great at all. I ordered a little something and paid for next day delivery, thinking it would be smooth sailing. But nope, the item didn't show up when they said it would. I got in touch with Customer Service for help, only to get stuck in a loop of answers about their delivery service. I asked for a refund for the item that never arrived, but the whole process was long and not very helpful. So now I'm out the product I bought and feeling pretty annoyed about the whole thing.

    Multi-item purchase

    I bought a bunch of stuff from Sephora because they were offering a free gift with purchase. But every time I add the right item to my cart, the freebie just disappears by the time I get my order confirmation. I've tried reaching out to Sephora a bunch of times, but either they don't reply or they can't fix the problem. It's happened a bunch of times now and it's super annoying. The fact that they're still advertising the free gift on their site shows they're not out of stock. It's really not cool that they're false advertising like this, and their customer service is seriously lacking. It's a letdown when a big name brand like Sephora can't keep their word.

    Stolen $400 order

    I recently bought something for $400 that got stolen from my porch. Fed ex looked into it and said it was delivered, but I never got it. I was so sad and even reported it to the police, but there wasn't much they could do. When I asked Sephora for help, they didn't do anything and blamed Fed Ex. I've been shopping there for years, but their lack of care and refusal to help was really disappointing. As someone who works hard, $400 is a lot of money for me. I thought Sephora would do more for me as a big company, but they were just cold. They could have easily sent the products again or given me a discount, but they cared more about making money. Their response felt so uncaring. It's obvious that customer service isn't important to them, which says a lot about their values. I'll be shopping somewhere else now and would suggest others do too if they care about being treated well. Thanks, Sephora, for showing me that regular people don't matter to you.

    I was a bit unsure about ordering from this store because I read some not-so-great reviews online. But, I decided to go for it and ordered a product that was way cheaper than anywhere else. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. I placed my order on a Sunday and got a notification that it was shipped out by Tuesday. It ended up arriving on Thursday, so the whole process took only 4 working days. The product was exactly what I wanted and was well packaged. After this good experience, I would definitely think about ordering from them again down the road.

    Eyeshadow palette purchase

    My experience with Sephora was pretty disappointing, eh? So on my first time buying something, I dropped a fair bit of cash on an eyeshadow palette, only to end up with a used one. It was a real hassle and took forever to get my money back for sending it back. The whole lack of checking stuff and the customer service left me feeling pretty annoyed, y'know? And then, to make up for all the trouble, they gave me these voucher codes that never seemed to actually work when I tried to use them. The whole voucher thing happening over and over just made me not want to bother buying anything from Sephora again.

    I just bought a new skincare product from the store. A while back, I had a good chat with an aesthetician who suggested this one. But when I went back, the sales lady steered me towards a different brand, claiming it was cruelty-free and vegan. Turns out, it wasn't when I double-checked at home.     Juliette has a gun perfume

    I just bought the Juliette has a gun perfume but I was really disappointed. It had no scent at all, which was a big surprise and really frustrating. I've bought stuff from them before and liked it, so this was unexpected. I don't get why this perfume didn't smell like anything. It was disappointing and didn't live up to what I was hoping for.

    I got sucked in by a deal offering a reward for buying stuff at this store, but man, was I let down by how they treated me. The final bill was a bit less because I used a membership code, yet I never got the reward they promised. They never mentioned anything about this during checkout, and I felt like I got ripped off by those guys. The customer service was no help at all, brushing off my issue without offering a solution. It's really disappointing to see the customer service go downhill ever since the Americans took over the company. I definitely won't be shopping at this store again, online or in person.

    I tried to buy something on the website last time, eh, and man, it was a bit of a gong show. The pages were taking forever to load, and sometimes they just wouldn't load at all. It was a major pain in the butt and took up way more time than I had planned. On top of that, I had earned a reward that was supposed to be good until a specific date, but poof, it vanished before I could even take advantage of it. Between the wonky website and my disappearing rewards, I'm feeling pretty let down and not exactly keen on shopping here again.

    Sephora shopping experience

    As someone who goes to beauty stores a lot, I was really let down by the vibe at Sephora. Unlike other places that sell makeup, there were way more employees there than actual products to buy. It felt kinda weird and not what I was expecting when I went shopping. It seemed like they cared more about watching people than actually helping customers, and it was pretty disappointing.

    I think Sephora really needs to do better with their customer service. I understand they have their rules, but they should also show some understanding and actually hear what their customers are saying. I had a problem with a product that was affecting my skin, and customer service was no help at all, in-store or on the phone. I had to return the product, which was unopened and sealed, and they made it seem like I had done something wrong. It's just not right.

This guy, we'll call him Daniel, really went out of his way to help me find the perfect shades that suited my skin tone and style. He didn't just give me recommendations, he also showed me how to apply everything to get the best results.     Gift voucher purchase

    I bought a gift card for my friend’s daughter who is turning 18, and I gotta say, I'm not happy with how things have gone down. It's been three weeks and the gift card still hasn't made it to her. I've tried getting in touch with Customer Care three times, but no one has gotten back to me or helped me out at all. The lack of communication and follow-up from their end has really done a number on my patience and overall satisfaction with the whole thing.
