I was a bit unsure about ordering from this store because I read some not-so-great reviews online. But, I decided to go for it and ordered a product that was way cheaper than anywhere else. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. I placed my order on a Sunday and got a notification that it was shipped out by Tuesday. It ended up arriving on Thursday, so the whole process took only 4 working days. The product was exactly what I wanted and was well packaged. After this good experience, I would definitely think about ordering from them again down the road.

Damaged and dirty clothing
I got my first order from Nuuly and I was so let down by the clothes. They were all messed up - ripped, stained, dirty, you name it. They had black marks, stretched out fabric, deodorant stains, and even human hairs on them. I got these outfits for some big events and now I have nothing to wear. When I reached out to customer service, they gave me two terrible choices - keep the messed up clothes or send it all back. Neither option works for me. If I send it back for a new box, most of the stuff I wanted is already gone, so I can't reorder them. Plus, who knows if the new items will be any better. The customer service person I talked to was also super rude and not helpful at all, making the whole thing even worse. This was supposed to be a fun and easy way to shop but it turned into a complete disaster.

I jus' got some vinyl decals for a DIY project I was doin'. The website had a lot of choices, an' I found the perfect designs. Downloading 'em was fast an' easy, an' the designs were top-notch. I'm happy with my purchase an' will be back for more in the future, eh.

My time at this place was amazing from start to finish. The staff really knew their stuff when it came to coffee and they helped me choose the right one for me. The prices were fair and I felt like I got great service for what I paid. When my order arrived, it was quick and well wrapped, and they even threw in some extra coffee as a nice touch. I could tell they really cared about making me happy as a customer. This team is more than just a regular shop - they're true coffee experts who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for coffee stuff or advice.

Bracelet mix-up
The service was amazing! I was buying a bracelet for my brother's wedding, but whoops, I ordered the wrong one. I reached out to them and they fixed everything really quickly. They sent me the correct bracelet right away and even gave me a store credit. I wanted a refund since I had already bought the right one, and they sorted it out right away and were really nice about it. And they even included a little card with my name and a heart in the package. It was so adorable. Overall, I'm really happy and I will definitely shop here again. ❤️
