Coffee machine and accessories
Eh, so I placed an order for a coffee machine and some extras from this place, and to be honest, I was a bit miffed when I saw that one of the items would take a while to arrive. But I decided to shoot them an email about it, and they got back to me pretty quick. They offered to swap it out for something they had available right away. Once that was all squared away, my order showed up super fast with all the tracking updates. I did notice that the coffee machine had a European plug, but they mentioned that in the description and even included an adapter, so it wasn't a big deal. All in all, really pleased with my purchase, especially for the price.
Coffee machine

Espresso and croissant
The service at this cafe is so amazing, eh? I ordered an espresso and croissant not too long ago, and even though there was a delay with the delivery guy, Coffee Friend quickly checked in to make sure my order got to me on time. They called me a few times to keep me in the loop on my order, which was really nice of them. The folks at Coffee Friend were super friendly and really on the ball with their service, eh? They definitely lived up to their name in every way.
Coffee machine
We're totally in love with our new coffee maker, eh? It's basically a must-have in our daily routine now, we're using it all the time. It's been so fun trying out all the different coffee styles, and being able to customize our drinks exactly how we like them is a total game-changer. DeLonghi coffee machine with filter issue
I just bought a DeLonghi coffee machine from this store and at first had a problem with the filter. It took a while to sort it out because of emailing back and forth, but I finally got the right part and the machine was working great after that.
Stag kettle and chocolate
I had a question about a stag kettle I bought for my 18-year-old grandson who loves coffee, and I was super impressed with how fast and efficient the company got back to me. They not only answered my question right away but also added a nice surprise chocolate in the box. The customer service and attention to detail were top-notch, way beyond what I expected. Definitely made me a happy and satisfied customer.
Product received in perfect condition
I was a bit unsure about buying because of some bad reviews, but I decided to give it a shot and it turned out better than I expected. The delivery was quick and the product was even better than I thought it would be. When I reached out to customer service with a question, they got back to me right away and really knew their stuff. All in all, it was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend them.
Damaged coffee machine
My first coffee machine from Coffee Friend showed up in pretty rough shape! The box was all torn up and the machine looked like it had been through a battle. 🙁 Thankfully, they shipped me a replacement right away and everything turned out fine.
