The only issue was that the tracking number they gave me didn't work, but when I reached out to customer service for an update, they assured me it would arrive on time. In the end, I was happy with my purchase and the service I got.

The Nespresso Machine I bought came from stock for the Baltic states, so I couldn't use the paperwork or the 20 Euro coffee voucher here in the UK. I feel like you guys didn't pay enough attention to the details and didn't really care about making sure your customers are happy. It seems like making money is more important to you than making sure we have a good experience. That's just not cool. Customers deserve to be treated better than that.
