This place is amazing! I ordered a new coffee machine and got it really fast. The service was so good and quick, way better than I expected. I'll definitely tell all my friends and family about this place. You guys are doing an awesome job!

Hey there! I just wanted to let you know that I was pretty bummed out about the service I got as a customer at your store. The Nespresso Machine I bought came from stock for the Baltic states, so I couldn't use the paperwork or the 20 Euro coffee voucher here in the UK. I feel like you guys didn't pay enough attention to the details and didn't really care about making sure your customers are happy. It seems like making money is more important to you than making sure we have a good experience. That's just not cool. Customers deserve to be treated better than that.

I bought an Ascaso espresso machine from Coffee Friend. It was kind of a bummer because it arrived with a fault. But the folks at Coffee Friend really came through for me. They quickly got a courier to pick up the faulty machine and sent me a replacement right away. I'm happy to say the new one works like a charm. I'm satisfied with how everything turned out.
