QualityI was so pumped for my new coffee maker to show up, but man, was I let down when I saw it had a plug that didn't fit my adapter. Now I gotta wait 'til Wednesday for an EU to UK adapter from Amazon just to have my coffee fix. This whole situation is just unreal, like really, who ships a coffee maker with the wrong plug? There goes my plan to start my days off on the right foot.

QualityI just bought a DeLonghi coffee machine from this store and at first had a problem with the filter. It took a while to sort it out because of emailing back and forth, but I finally got the right part and the machine was working great after that.

QualityI was so disappointed when I finally got my coffee machine, and it was this ugly grey-green color instead of the shiny silver one I was hoping for. Plus, the plug was completely wrong, and the adapter they gave me didn't even fit. Thankfully, they sent me a replacement that actually worked, so that was a relief. The customer service turned out to be pretty good because they assisted me with fixing all the issues, and now my machine is finally working fine.
