Despite the shipping mess, the machine itself performs really well and feels like a premium bit of kit; I’m genuinely happy with the espresso it makes. If you order from that company, be prepared for possible delivery/vendor drama — but if the machine arrives intact or you can get it repaired, it’s worth it for the way it handles and the crema it makes. Grateful it’s now humming away in my kitchen.
